They are the perfect size for the intended purpose, but also for all those other small bumps and bruises that don't need a giant ice pack. They work great for my kids who are little and constantly getting little "ouchies". They don't stay too cold for too long, but are a great little ice pack for sensitive areas or sensitive little ones. Would definitely recommend!

They come in a 2 pack with washable cover is a plus.I do wish they made them a little longer. If the pads had wings so they didn’t move would be great.The bag to keep them in is nice. If you use them as an ice pack they don’t stay cool very long. They do make a nice hot pack though. I used these after a female procedure I had to have done. The travel bag is nice that it comes with as well.

To cool, simply place them in the freezer for at least two hours and you’re all set! To warm, the instructions provide guidance on how to warm or heat them up in the microwave. Overall, these are extremely useful and will definitely come in handy when I need them. Definitely recommend the Thrive 2 Pack Hot & Cold Reusable Packs.

I love that they both come in a washable sleeve and it also prevents having to wrap the ice pack in a towel or something before using it. I typical use one from the freezer on my eyes almost every morning to help depuff my eyes. I also use them warm when I have a pressure headache. I seriously love the size and shape of these and how well they mold to the contours.

I’m fully healed but the muscles can still ache. I used these as heating pads. I warmed them up according to the directions and they lasted quite awhile. They are slim and easily conform to my lower abdomen. I love how they are simple heating pads. No cords, no batteries. Just heat and relax. The covers come off and you can wash them. These would also work well for small children, I would adjust the time for temp settings. I love them!

Ment for post partum but I figured they would work for me and they were perfect! They are slim and don't take up much room in the freezer (or your underwear lol) and the cooling effect lasts a good 45 minutes. They refreeze in no time too.

It also comes with its own bag and you can use them as a heat compress or an ice compression. They work great. I w definitely recommend this kind to anyone. I would definitely be buying this again.

I actually have used them all over different parts of my body when I need relief from pain. I have put one in the freezer so that I will always have a cold pack and then I leave one that I can put in the microwave to heat up when I need heat on different parts of my body. It has it's own little pouch that it comes in so that you don't have to put it directly on your skin. I really like having these on hand to use it anytime.

They are supposed to be for postpartum but I needed them for my migraine and also I am constantly in shoulder and neck pain due to arthritis. They work wonderfully. I place them on the microwave a few seconds and just place them on my shoulder and neck. It releives my pain and I am pain free for a day. Also when I have a migraine I place them in the freezer for a bit and place them on my forehead to ease the headache. I surely recommend to others. Not only for postpartum as you can see.
