The new formula is terrible. The old one had a better sponge to apply, this one has a cotton ball type applicator and the powder doesn’t provide coverage like the old formula. Have to go find another option with another brand now :(

Light coverage but buildable, natural shade, isn't cakey. Great product at a reasonable price.

Contrary to the recent negative reviews of the reformulation, as an oily skin type with dehydrated skin who wants a natural light no makeup makeup look, I think the L’Oréal true match powder foundation is pretty good. Pretty comparable to the Maybelline Superstay powder foundation and the E.L.F. Camo powder foundations which are my bench mark drugstore powder foundations. Can’t say much about the wear time and staying powder yet, but I really like the way the foundation feels on my skin; it’s not too matte, yet does a good job controlling my oils and shine, and is decent in blurring my pores and texture. In the attached picture, I’m wearing the L’Oréal on the right side of my face and the Maybelline on the left for comparison.

I like buying online and use curbside pickup. The makeup is great and affordable prices.

IT HASNT BEEN OIL FREE FOR A YEAR AND U STILL HAVENT UPDATED THE FORMULA. IT HAS ADDED COCONUT OIL WHICH IM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO

I found this foundation about a year and a half ago and LOVED everything about it. Honestly my only complaint was how quickly I would reach the pan. They recently changed the foundation which made it an impossible mission for me to find the foundation for about 2/3 months. When they began to restock it, it was a squared container which the hinges are very easily broken in my makeup bag. Began to use it for about 6 months and my skin has not been clear SINCE. This was not an issue with the previous formula. This new formula has caused a lot of buildup, whiteheads, acne, and overall just been horrible for my skin. Took me a long time to figure out that this was the reason for my flareups, I had changed literally every single product that I would put on my face besides this powder that I had so much faith in. Took me a while to finally come to terms with the fact that this new formula sucks, and now I have to find a new powder foundation. Shame because I loved this one so much, and literally bought a new one every month.

Cheap powder case hard to open ! Cheap cheap cheap!

If you are trying this foundation for the first time. You might think that it's ok works ok. If you are like me and have been using it for over 10 years then you know they changed everything the formula and the packaging. L'Oréal you were above all other brands with the old formula and product. Now your just like all the other drug store brand versions. It's now the same garbage every other drug store brand carries. No coverage and terrible applicator. L'Oréal if you want to be on top again stop cheating out on your products. We are not stupid we know and will go to another brand that has a better product. Bring back the old formula or good bye for good on your whole line of products. Once you cheap out your reputation is not trustworthy.

L’Oreal has broken my heart, and I can’t believe how they botched this amazing foundation. The recent change in packaging, sponge AND formula have ruined this product. The added coconut oil has made a medium coverage foundation turn into basically nothing more than a setting powder that breaks you out. Try out the Revlon Colorstay if you need a quick jumping off point to replace this one while either L’Oreal fixes their mistake or you find some other dupe.

Terrible new formula and applicator. Does not go on evenly and cakes. Applicator is dollar store quality. Will never buy again which is unfortunate since this was my go-to.

As many others have already stated, the old version was so much better! I have very sensitive skin and prone to breakouts when using the wrong products. The old formula worked so well with my skin and I was using it for 5+ years. The new formula contains different ingredients and I'm very hesitant to try it. I will be on the hunt for another product/brand.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. This new product is not it. If you’re oily, don’t bother purchasing. You can see all the creases as well and it doesn’t last long at all. You have to keep reapplying. Save your money please. I used to love this powder, but unfortunately they changed it completely for the worse. :( please bring back the original product!!!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!! I HATE the new packaging and puff applicator. I’ve used this pressed powder for so many years and loved it and the spongy pad applicator was perfect…I’m so mad and disappointed this was changed and I have to find a new pressed powder now! 😩😩

It was a good circle deal. It's a good makeup for quick application. Looks nice and color was as pictured.

CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION ITS NOT OIL FREE OR NON COMEDOGENIC ANYMORE THERES COCONUT OIL IN THE NEW FORMULA I USED THE OLD FORMULA FOR 15 YEARS AND THE NEW FORMULA GAVE ME ACNE SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT UPDATING THE DESCRIPTION AFTER MONTHS OF THE FORMULA CHANGE

HATE the new formula and compact! Im close to 40 and this is the only makeup I have ever used. It’s a shame I now have to find something to replace it.

The ingredients listed online are wrong!! The 3rd ingredient on the actual package is coconut oil - a known pore clogging ingredient.
