It is definitely non stick and very easy to clean and maintain. I especially love the larger 17" size. I am always looking for one to meet what I believe to be satisfactory. I have certainly found a wonderful one in with this cookie sheet. I used it for several different things other than cookies and each time the result was the same. It cooks evenly and has no hot spots that some other products of this type have. This is a huge plus since nobody likes a burnt spot in their food. I love the non-stick surface. It makes cooking and cleaning up such a breeze. I think I have finally found a cookie sheet that is up to my expectations. I would highly recommend it to all those who cook.

It worked great, and it definitely is non stick!! No cooking spray, grease, or parchment paper needed. My cookies came out perfectly and evenly baked, and oh so delicious!

I can fit so many more cookies on this pan which means less times of baking the cookies. So far nothing has stuck to the pan. It is easy to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this cookie sheet quite a few times since getting it and so far nothing has stuck to the pan! It’s actual non-stick like advertised. It was very easy to clean even after roasting brussel sprouts in the oven at 425. The little burnt charred pieces easily came off with a little bit of soap and water. The size is a nice standard cookie sheet size. The pan is also pretty sturdy and is not thin and flimsy. My only complaints is when I roast vegetables at a higher temp the pan warps and shifts to be uneven in the oven and it makes a loud bang and scares me every time! I would love to have a pan that doesn’t do that. Other than that I say it’s a great product and I love how truly non-stick it is.

I like the size, can’t wait to make a short cake. I really like the easy to clean corners. It’s not a flimsy pan, like some bend in the middle it will make a great cake. It is going to be a great pan to use for my cookie press cookies. Can’t wait try cook some rib eye steaks. My cookies just slid off. Yummy

The sides are deep enough so that you can cook something with a little bit of liquid if you want. In addition, the pan is thick enough where it nicely distributes and holds heat. Overall, it seems like it should last a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the GoodCook 17" X 11" Non-Stick Cookie Sheet recently. The large area prepares alot of food. There is a drip catch on the outer edges of the cooking surface for when you bake items that produce liquids. For example, you can bake some chicken and the juices will go to the outer drip area to accumulate. Nice feature. The outer walls are high enough and firm enough to use oven mittens and not flex like the thin cheap sheets. The nonstick surface is great for the easy cleaning. We baked some tostadas for dinner tonight on this sheet. The GoodCook cookie sheet browned the tortillas nicely, and cooked the contents evenly. Tasted really good. The pan is constructed firm and sturdy, -- yet light weight to carry. We have our cookie sheet for the long term future.
