I bought this a few days ago at my local store little to none fruit or yoghurt very disappointed with the price of it and not get only flakes of cereal

Why are there so many hard pieces that are impossible to chew. I was excited to start eating this again because I need the protein, but I just cannot chew through the hard pieces. I just wasted my money.

I used to eat Special K as a kid. Recently I tried it and there were all these pieces of hard material in it. It almost broke my teeth! It like eating a bag of cement.

I bought this cereal 3 separate times over the last month and a half to be able to rate it fairly. While I enjoy the flavor the texture is inconsistent. I'd be enjoying my cereal just to have a sharp pain from something inedible (I just assumed a raw grain of rice). It's a good thing I'm not old, because I probably would have broken my teeth on this cereal.

Used to love Special K, a great taste! Full of those hard bits now, as other reviews have stated. Every box, for the last year or so, with some boxes being worse than the others. Hard to enjoy when you have to be so careful chewing!

I have always liked Special K and have it in my rotation of cereals to buy but the box I just bought last week is different. It has small, very hard pieces in it that actually hurt my teeth when I chew them. What is this? I won't be buying more if this is the recipe now. I have the Original Special K.

I'm a cereal guy and do not care for the sweet unhealthy options. I tried Special K Zero, and WOW! This has to be the worst cereal I've ever attempted to digest! Cardboard chalk balls with a hint of cinnamon. Fire your R&D department and start over!

You do have to plan to eat it quickly though, because the cereal flakes are thin enough to get soggy fast. I feel like it'll keep me full for a few hours. At 7g of protein, adding the milk and maybe some sliced almonds or fresh fruit, and you've got a good start to the day!

I have eaten special K original every day for over 20 years. Your quality control has slipped considerably. Until about 2 On-The-Go ago the flakes have all been a cream color throughout the box. Since then only about 30% are that way. The other 70% is quite dark and too hard to chew. I end up throwing out most of it

I have been a loyal Original Special K customer for lots of years, at least 24 or 25. For at least the last 6 months it is so hard to eat that I can't believe it. They're so hard that when I had a serious dental procedure and I had a temporary bridge. I was afraid it would break my bridge. I've just started to eat it again and the hard crunchy pieces are harder than ever. Please go back to the old recipe!
