The Competitor CB-729 Weight Bench has a multi-position back pad that can be altered to suit your workout routine that has independent, adjustable-height crutches with quick-release pop pin knobs. Q: It says the bench crutches can hold 300lb. I plan on getting a 200-300lb weight set and I weigh about 180 will the bench hold up?

Was a good buy for the price....the leg attachment arent fixed so they the bar slides back and forth and the end pieces fall off once in a while but like I said it is a good for beginners and people just trying to stay toned....not for serious lifters

So far so good. Easy to install. I've been doing bench press, barball press and Military press and so far its steady. Anyone who wants a simple not too much $ This is a really nice Olympic Bench. Recommended A++++++++
