Q: Are the individual packed 100cts...so 3 bags in a bag? Or 300 loose in 1 bag?

A: Hi Jina, The 300 cotton rounds are 3 individual bags containing 100 cotton rounds per bag. Also, I've read complaints/issues about both 100-count cotton rounds and the 300-count ones.

A: Hello - Thank you so much for your interest in the Nail Polish and Makeup Remover Pads! The Premium rounds are dual-sided. One side is a smooth layer of spunlace which is a thin layer of 100% cotton that delivers added strength and eliminates lint. The other side is a soft embossed layer of cotton that is more gentle. Not my favorite. But good in a pinch. They tend to fall apart when I use it with my toner or to remove my nail polish. But prob my fault for buying basic. Hate that you have to pay more for the better quality ones. Just seems like greed on behalf of the manufacturers to make more money. Sad.

I won't be buying these after the change in manufacturer. These used to be soft and gentle on my face. Now they come with hard, sharp bits in the cotton that stab into my skin. These are painful to use on my face.
