I use super plus because i have a heavy flow and they work great for me . Only issue is there is a little bit of leaking when moving around.

Considering they are super plus, I imagined it wouldn’t leak at all but I still noticed a bit of leaking. The applicator is straight forward and easy to use with a comfortable fit. I recommend buying them
