My son drank this in high school due to a developing lactose issue. He liked the taste and mostly had it with cereal. In general no one usually just drinks glasses of milk.

I’m not a drink a plain glass of milk kind of gal, but I do enjoy Lactaid low-fat 1% in my cereal and smoothies because it’s easy on the stomach! It’s not as thick as whole milk, packaging is like any other carton of milk. Great drink!

The lactose-free milk is delicious, it is light and has a very rich flavor, it makes my stomach feel very light every time I drink it, I wouldn't change this brand for anything, it is fabulous and the price is super fair for the product.

I use this daily. I'm lactose intolerant. I can't tell the difference in taste with normal milk. I never hurt from this one. I buy it on the larger container.

My nieces stomach can’t handle whole milk, so we use Lactaid. This milk sweet and creamy. I love this milk when I have cookies. If you're is lactose intolerant, you should give this milk a try.

My favorite milk has to be this one, love the taste and it’s not thick. Also doesn’t really smell like other brands of milk. Also easy to digest for people that can’t have dairy.
