I was excited to get this exact size and when I got it home, I noticed that the dimensions are 10.4 x 13, not 11 x 14 as it says on the label.

Hi MikeFalk! The Large Clip Box's dimensions listed on our website and labels are the measurements taken from the widest points of the product, typically the lid or top, and include any protrusions such as latches. Inside bottom dimensions are smaller as the product tapers downward. This is the universal method for measuring housewares. The listed dimensions are correct, and the outside dimensions measure: 14" L x 11" W x 3 1/4" H, while the interior dimensions at the bottom measure: 12" L x 9 5/8" W x 2 7/8" H. I've bought a couple of these boxes over the years and I absolutely love the size of them. They'll hold a ream of letter size paper perfectly! If you have several different colors of paper, each color into a box and they'll stack and store nicely!!

Arrived all cracked. Had to return. Reordered and the same thing happened. This time less were damaged, but after talking with customer service, you have to return the whole set. They won’t refund those that are damaged. So now out of bins. Wish they were sold back in the stores. Very frustrating process to return.

The snap clip makes sure they are completely sealed and I love that both the lid and container are clear which makes it easier to see everything inside.
