A: All our products are manufactured in our factory outside of Hong Kong in China. We own our factory, which means we adhere to all U.S guidelines. We know the DNA of our products. We make our coating, we make our pans, we use recycled aluminum in all of our products. We make sure every product lives up to our standards. Our factory has its own wastewater treatment plant and 30% of our factory’s energy comes from solar panels on the roof. We also have our own in house research and development team working toward new advancements in healthier and better cooking. Q: How long is the handle? Does it get hot?

A: The handle is about 7". The handles are made to stay cool but will heat with heavy cooking.

worked well in the beginning, now it sticks when i make eggs unless i bathe the whole pan in a thick layer of oil.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface, this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I really like this pan. The surface heats up quickly and evenly. So easy to clean! The only thing I would say is that it took 2 weeks for it to ship, but well worth the wait!

Haven't had it long enough for a comprehensive review but it was reasonably priced and it seems to do the trick. If anything, it's too slippery! I browned a pound of ground beef and had to work to keep it from flying out of the pan!

I bought this pan a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Living in NYC, ordering food was my main go-to after a busy day of work. Since I have this pan, I enjoy cooking again as it is so easy and user-friendly. In addition, I appreciate the fact that I can make healthy food using a quality healthy ceramic non-stick pan. After I enjoy a delicious meal, I don't have to worry about putting this pan in my dishwasher. This is the best!

I bought this pan a month ago and I love it! I love to cook healthy and after doing a little research I decided to go with GreenPan as it's toxin-free and non-stick (so I use less oil). That fact that it is dishwasher safe is an absolute plus for me! I did not regret it for a moment!
