Love the ash gray color. It’s the perfect neutral. Overall I love the couch. The legs seem to be different lengths and therefore lift one side up if you have them all in. Currently we took the middle 5th leg of so the couch didn’t wobble. I think this couch is only worth it if it’s on sale- which is how I purchased it 50% off so wait for a sale!

Been looking around of a decent sized sectional for my new apartment & happily found this. Easy assembly & comfy for 1-2 people.

This one is cute but extremely firm and straight. If you don't have perfect posture, this couch is not for you. It is very hard to get comfortable and I have tried to fluff it up with pillows but no matter what it is not something you can relax in for too long without hurting. It is acceptable but not enjoyable. We bought this in December 2020 online and needed a couch but I would've rather purchased inflatable furniture until we found a better pick.

I have only had this for a couple days so I’m not sure how long it will hold up. It is our main sofa so I’m a little worried about the cushions lasting. It is, I think over priced. It is on sale often and I got is a little over half price and that to me is a good price. It feels very solid, at the moment, I’m hoping it stays that way. It’s very firm but comfortable. It is heavy, we had to bring it up three flights of stairs. We kept it in the box and that I’m sure made it harder but kept it clean. I was very worried after reading reviews about the shipping company but thankfully it worked out ok. The box was a bit damaged and retaped but the sofa is in a dust cover and the damaged to the box was on the full closed dust cover side thankfully. There is a hole in the bottom mesh and the cushion on the bottom is split but we felt these things were not serious enough to do a replacement.Just a tip in general when buying any furniture from anywhere- clear area and get a good flashlight and go over every seam and check for bed bugs. Better safe than sorry with that. We are overall pleased with the sofa and shipping and just hope it last. The grey is nice but does have a blueish tone to it. The cushions are not reversible but can be moved around. The cushion covers are removable.

Comfortable and easy to assemble, perfectly-sized for my media room, and the cushions strike a balance between firm and plush. Major delivery issues. Item was left in someone’s driveway on a pallet. Luckily, they were honest and we retrieved. The delivery company continues to call weeks later indicating they’re rescheduling the delivery. In spite of the delivery issues, I recommend the sofa.
