Q: How wide is the bottom of the mug? I see dimension of 3.2" W, but I'm assuming that's at the top. I am trying to find a skinny mug to fit a cupholder on my Gramma's walker.

Q: Help. My lid has gotten so super tight and suctioned that I can't get it to unscrew. I've used hot water. I've used dish gloved hands. Nothing. Any ideas on how to fix? I truly love this little mug!

A: Open the sipper/air vent prior to unscrewing the lid.

Takes a dozen washes to get any smell out. After drying it with a towel and letting it air dry without the lid on, it still reeks of whatever was last inside. It’s gotten to the point where it starts altering the way the drinks taste. It was a good mug for the price and does everything it says it does, but after a month it already started deteriorating.

Love the shape and size of the cup. Also the fact that the stopper lifts up so you can clean everything thoroughly. However it is not leak proof. I flipped it upside down and drops were falling out. Seems like the closure isn’t tight enough

I love this because it's small, leak proof and maintains the temperature of my coffee. I can carry it in my purse without worrying it will spill. After using it for hot beverages it is difficult to open to rise or even refill. I have to ask someone to help me open it so I end up not using this as much as I would like

It’s the perfect size for my morning coffee —which is one Nespresso pod & creamer. It kept my drink warm as needed. I love and prefer the petite size and leak proof lid. My Stanley spilled coffee through its lid in an expensive bag of mine which prompted me to find a quick alternative. I like the Black on Black and will likely also purchase the white option. The size is perfect. I haven't wanted to drink as much coffee lately, so this holds the perfect amount for me for both iced and hot drinks. The seal is pretty solid when closed. I had it on the side of my backpack yesterday that I was moving around a bunch, and it never spilled or leaked, and it does a really good job with insulation. Ice cubes I've put in in the early morning don't melt until late in the day.
