This bed is exactly what I wanted and perfect! It was easy to assemble and excellent quality. I’m so glad we got this for our son’s room. We got a 6 inch box spring and that put it at the exact height we needed.

So far so good. My interior decorator recommended the Delray bed from another online store and I thought she was nuts. It seemed like a crazy loud pattern. I found it for half the price on sale at Target and went for it. it's my favorite room of our bedrooms. We also got the navy bench from Target (Cloth & Co) (it's wobbly but fine for putting shoes on or throwing stuff on it - not for sitting or lounging at all) and simple white night stands, woven natural shades and a rattan lamp. White duvet and shams, a light blue textured bolster pillow and throw. And a gray/cream rug. The walls are a gray/blue color. It's lovely. Go for it if it's on sale and have fun! We used a 1/2 height (4.5") boxspring and a 13" mattress and the boxspring tucked into the frame and the mattress ends just under the headboard. Perfect heights.
My husband put together. I think there was some work to it. He likes to put stuff together and commented on it being time consuming

Gorgeous. Love love love, it makes me SO happy to see this in my bedroom. Something a bit different than all the other upholstered head boards and beds out there. I never bought a bed before, just headboards. I had no idea that this comes with it's own bed frame. So you know, it came in two separate boxes (mine two days apart) the box with the frame and rails was HEAVY. I put the headboard together myself and my friend did the rest.
