This stuff is amazing. It goes on clear and feels buttery smooth. It’s the only lotion that has actually helped my baby’s eczema. We’ve tried several others and this and the face cream (green bottle) from earth mama are the only ones that have worked!

If you are someone that barely washes their hands then this cream will be great for you. For the rest of us, not so good. I put it on and two hours later wanted to wash my hands. I had to try 6 times in order to get lather to form. I'm going to assume it's because of the ingredient zinc oxide which is commonly found in sunscreens and which shouldn't wash off when you need to protect yourself in the sun, but which is not so great when you need to wash your hands to protect yourself from germs and viruses. Bad choice in adding this ingredient to this cream and I'm definitely not buying again.

Has a gritty, slightly greasy feel. Not thick like a cream. My daughter has mod eczema and it has not seemed to help her itch.

It does have a SLIGHT gritty feeling but within ONE use you can see and feel a difference. My sons arm was VERY dry and bright red. It feels smoother and it’s only pinkish red after ONE use. Very worth the money for babies with eczema.

It's possible your tube could use a good kneading to get the generous amounts of soothing organic colloidal oatmeal and moisturizing plant oils mixed up really well.
