My tray arrived broken when I opened the box. It was not well packaged, basically just thrown in a box with no bubble wrap or styrofoam to protect the edges. It’s a shame because I really like the size of it and when I went to purchase another one, they were SOLD OUT.

Item is now out of stock, and despite this, I was told through customer service chat that I must return item in store and could not return by mail.
