This pillow is not firm. Very cheap quaility so it's hard to believe Serta put its name on it. The fabric cover is very thin. The pillow is just lumpy. I got a standard/queen size so No standard pillowcase will fit. Similar pillows are half this price. I wish I hadn't bought these.

Exactly what I expected at this price point and what I needed! Dense yet squishy! They look fluffy and nice as my front pillows on my master bed. Slightly lumpy upon opening, fluffed in dryer quickly.

I’ve used this pillow consistently for about 3 months now. I suffer from chronic neck pain and I’m always on the search for supportive pillows. These were perfect at first. In combination with a flatter pillow, I was able to get this to the perfect height with adequate neck support. It’s now starting to lose its shape and fluffiness. I’m usually able to manipulate it to get it back to the shape I need but I’m having more trouble these days. I’m disappointed that I’ve arrived at this point after only 3 months of use, however these were so perfect initially that I will try them again. Even if I only get 3 months of use out of them, these are some of the most supportive pillows I’ve ever used.

These feel great for about six months but beyond that mark will grow steadily lumpier until they’re unusable and cause headaches by the end of the year. There may be a more economical option out there. That said, I do keep buying them. They’re perfect for the first while.

These pillows are NOT firm, they are NOT cotton, and they are terrible. I bought 3 sets. Your head sinks into the pillow, and they get hot. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

The fact that My Husband and I both love them is a first. I am a hot mess sleeper that always would wake up with a sore neck or shoulders and I have been using this pillow for over 2 weeks and I have NOT had either issue. My Husband is a back sleeper and he is so happy with this pillow also.

It feels like a cross between a memory foam and down pillow, although you can wash it. actually quite dense and heavy for a pillow but it gives me enough neck support and I go to the chiropractor weekly for adjustments. I previously was using another well popular TV commercial pillow and this one beats that pillow. I will for sure be purchasing another set once these ones wear down.

They are thick, plush & so soft but yet still firm enough that you don’t feel like your head is sitting directly on the mattress. They keep their shape & quickly reform once you’ve removed pressure. If you are a side sleeper & like to hold a pillow or place one between your legs, these are the pillows for that too!

I did not experience neck soreness the following morning as I typically do with firm pillows. This pillow is soft, fluffy with the right amount of firmness.
