A: Not firm at all. One of the flattest pillows I've ever felt or slept on right out of the box.

Q: Are there of types of plastics or petrochemicals in the fill mixture or cover? If so, what steps have you taken to ensure they won't harm people's health from breathing it in, skin contact, etc?

This is NOT a firm pillow, not even close. It's so soft my head sinks almost all the way down to the mattress. I have to keep my head elevated for medical reasons, so will now need to get yet another pillow.

I have been buying this pillow for 3 years now, replacing it every 6 months or so. It used to be great. Super firm, thick, fluffy. I am hard on my pillows because I sit in bed to read and watch TV, wearing out the pillow faster than someone who just uses it to sleep. I also have pets who climb all over everything. However, the most recent one I bought is so flat and squishy. It has half the filling of my previous one. I had ordered this twice on drive up and returned it, thinking I ordered the wrong one. Finally, buying it again and realizing the quality had just diminished. Finding pillows is impossible, but I'm on the hunt again.

These say firm but they are not firm at all! Comfy but super squishy and not what we need to sleep on. I’ve bought these firm pillows before and they were great. Something has happened since then tho as these are definitely not the same firm pillow. 😔

These are so incredibly soft that they provide zero support and pretty much lay flat. Had so many good reviews and I was hopeful, but no, do not rely on these if you want support. And if you're a side sleeper, definitely a no.

I am so picky about pillows. For whatever reason, I’m built like a little flower and one wrong sleeping position at night and I’ll be in pain with a crick in my neck for days. I’m a side sleeper and this pillow has caused me no issues. Sleeping on this pillow doesn’t feel like a punishment! It’s comfortable to side sleep with it or sleep on my back. More on the firm side.

Saw that this pillow was recommended for back and side sleepers (which I am). I’ve owned down alternative pillows before and always loved them. First night with these caused dizziness every time I was on the brink of falling asleep. It’s almost like my body was waking me up to alert me there was a problem. So I googled if too firm of a pillow can cause dizziness and multiple sources said yes. Never had this happen before, definitely concerning. Will be returning these unfortunately.

LOVE this pillow. I have neck problems and have been through a million pillows. This one is my favorite BUT it gets very lumpy after a few months and needs to be replaced. For $25 I will just replace every few months and have a happy neck.

It was hard choosing between firm and medium because I’m more of a medium girl. I do feel like the medium was too squishy even with two medium pillows combined. I didn’t get that next support that I needed. I do feel like with two firm pillows it was toomuch. So I decided to do a medium and firm to get that combination and neck support for being a side sleeper.
