My baby loves to take naps in this swing! He falls asleep so easily. The only downside is the vibration has nearly stopped working after just 2 months. I changed the batteries and it didn't help. Graco- can you help?

Does not take up a ton of space like most swings. Provides a speed setting for the swing and can go side to side and back and forth. All of those features can be tough to find in one swing. The only feature I wish it had were a volume setting for the music and sounds. But we have another music box we can use as an easy fix.

We got this exact one second hand and only swings on highest setting when set on low setting kind of a tick off when I am trying to get my son settled and I can't use the swing we got as a gift... not recommended only good thing about it is the bouncer

Family bought before baby was born. After 2-3 months it started to have problems with the swing. Finally at 4 months it didn't swing at all. We didn't use it too often nor did we have it plugged In all the time. After taking it apart to look for a missing connection a component on the control board had burned out. Would not reccomend

The motor is a bit too loud it took my baby days to get use to it at the end it was maybe like a white noise for her 😅 cause she was finally able to take naps on it. The other thing is that it says up to 20 lbs but my girl is 12 and it’s going to grow over it really fast so you basically buying this to use it until baby is 3 or 4 months max sadly. One of the parts had signs of oxidation i didn’t like that at all. I had to clean it before using it

My baby loved the swing setting would fall asleep in it for short naps while supervised but he’s only 3 months and it has stopped working. The blue light won’t turn on anymore. I guess I will try to purchase a new power cord since my return window has closed and see if that solves the issue.

The swing/ sway is not smooth at all. Very rigid and not a soft sway/swing motion. The parts also feel very cheap like plastic. Not worth the price tag

Excellent item that my baby enjoyed. My baby fell asleep at night in this swing and I would transfer her to her crib. She was crying sometimes and this really helped soothe her! Will be recommending to my friends!

This swing/bouncer combo was such a sanity saver with my son when he was born. He didn’t care for the swing nor did he care for being rocked in my arms, but found the bouncer and vibration functions soothing. We gave it away once he outgrew it but I was so thankful we had it. Additionally, my son had Gerd when he was born and the cover was easy enough to remove and wash if he spit up on it. And the bouncer is portable so it went with us anywhere we’d be spending more than an hour or two. Fast forward almost 3 years later, I’m due with baby #2 in a few weeks and we bought the same exact one. I like having the swing/bouncer option because you never know what the baby’s preference will be and this product covers your bases and is reasonably priced compared to the other options out there that don’t even have the versatility. The only cons I could even mention would be the music is less than desired and the vibration function is a bit loud. Neither of them are bad enough to knock off a star in my opinion though. We just didn’t use the music, and though it’s audible, the vibration noise was just more like white noise. I firmly believe for your kid to be a good sleeper, they need to be exposed to noise while sleeping and it’s shown true with my first. 10/10 recommend.

The swing was very easy to install, motor is very quiet and the sway is gentle. Our baby sleeps happily and peacefully in the swing. This is one of the best investments. The detachable bouncer is a plus for moving the baby around the house without disturbing her sleep. I was kind of hesitant to buy because of the negative reviews. No installation guide tells you 100% on how to figure out things, people need to put common sense into the installation process and have some patience.

Fourth time mom here and have always loved Graco products until now. Many issues with this swing 1. the chair’s vibration setting is SOOOO LOUD. I can’t emphasize this enough. It’s annoyingly loud to the point of bothering the baby not soothing baby. 2. Another issue is the chair does not swing smoothly, there is a jarring bump in it midway through each swing back and forth. 3. The star bar comes out way too easily and also falls down to the baby’s waist too easily. 4. The chair is hard to remove from the base. I have to use my foot to hold down the base and wiggle the chair backwards and upwards at the same time to attempt to get it off. 5.The battery area is extremely hard to get to. 6. The short strap at the diaper area that the long straps hook into is too short. At 3 months we are already growing out of the chair (and I have a small baby)

I love it So much. It’s not too low to the ground and the seatbelt works great for when my son is on the swing. It was fairly simple to put together, just have to pay attention. Obviously make sure all the screws are tightened and the swing will work perfectly fine without wobbling.

Swing shopping is complicated! I spent weeks reading and watching reviews, and I have been mostly pleased with this choice. This model has all the features I needed in one bundle: safety, power, options, footprint, quality. I bought two of them. A few notes after 6 months of using: -I was surprised by how much baby and we would appreciate the bouncer alone. Outstanding. I like it as much as our Baby Bjorn in some ways. -Setup was easy the first time, awful the 2nd. It's very easy to make a minor misstep in the beginning, causing everything to be a mess. Directions should be more clear, and videos more thorough. Engineering of the music/vibration unit access appears to be an absurd afterthought. Luckily, the baby didn't care for either one. - One swing had a noticeable bump in the swinging motion. It went away as baby gained weight. -It's more heavy and awkward to move than I wish, but fair trade off for quality and safety. - I wish the seat had a top handle like a car seat, instead of on the sides. It's difficult to lift seat from the base without having a hand to hold the base down, and very difficult to adjust angle without extra hands. - Baby has already outgrown the straps, at less than 6 months. He's average size. So this model has room to improve, but I would recommend it with the above caveats. Every swing has drawbacks, most have many more.
