Ordered this item and it shipped and was lost by FedEx. What a pain to get the order canceled. The vendor will not resend the item, I would have to reorder it and now a 6 year old didn't get her bday gift on time, AND it's more expensive to reorder the same product!!! BIG thumbs down!!
