A: To do laundry with Tide PODS™, first add the number of pacs required based on the size of the laundry load (For Power PODS™, 1 for large or XL loads, 2 for XXL) directly to the drum of your laundry machine before adding your laundry. Next, load your laundry and add fabric softener if needed. Lastly, set the cycle and start. Something has changed with these detergent pods, the scent is insanely strong. The first load I did with these, my entire apartment smelled like the detergent. I like scents, but these are overkill, and make it hard to breathe when used on bedding. Definitely going back to liquid so I can control the amount used.

While I like how clean our laundry was, this detergent has made us miserable after a month of using it. These pods cause me and my children's skin to break out in angry rashes/hives. I'll be going back to a less toxic detergent and washing everything over again!

I’m a mechanic for a major U.S airline, my work clothes get contaminated with aircraft de-icing fluid, hydraulic fluid, diesel fuel, gas, parts cleaning chemicals, grease, dirt, rust stains, motor oils, transmission fluids, paint, you name it! I also have eczema so I have to be carful with what I expose my skin to such as laundry detergents. This Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty pod gets my daily clothes clean and my filthy work clothes clean every single time and gets rid of all odors WITH OUT BOTHERING MY SKIN!!! This has been the only laundry detergent I’ve used for years

This probably works well but the scent is so awful that I won’t ever know. The scent is awful, so pungent, and sticks around after you’ve washed and dried your things that doesn’t go away. Not sure what has happened to laundry detergent scents in the past few years but there are multiple now that I used to love but can’t use anymore because the scent is so awful. I love the classic musk Tide scent but can’t handle these new scents :(

Tide keeps my clothes clean and smelling fresh all day long. My husband and I both have dirty jobs so we keep the laundry detergent business hopping. I do love that ride offers multiple sizes so if I need to take a small bottle alone while traveling or have a large bottle for home use. It’s a great value for my money.
