3D Prestige Massage Chair - Titan

I brought this chair for my husband and he doesn’t like it at all. Compare to 2 other chairs (Jin2.0, Brookstone) we tried before, this one is the worst. This chair is so noisy, every 5 second it hiss and loud each time the roller goes up and down on the neck & head area. NOT Zero Gravity!!! It needs to reclined a lot more. The leg rest extension is a joke, it’s a spring back so you have to manually push out and hold it place. The pillow is too large, obstructing the head roller, but if you take it off, then you will have no support for the head at all. This chair is so poorly made that the left side of the arm rest is higher. Bad quality blue tooth speaker. And why is the remote control so large with a flip at the bottom. The design and made of this chair is subpar. Don’t waste your time and money on this chair.

This is a great massage chair that has been impactful to me for reducing stress. I love all the features for different massage types and zones. I appreciate the leg extensions to get more impact to my calves. The chair was extremely well-packaged and was easy to transport from our driveway, into the house and into our lower level ourselves (two person effort for us). Instructions and set-up were all done within 30 minutes with the easy to read instructions.

We love our chair and use it everyday! It helps me to relax at the end of the day.

I only used it a few times so far but the experience has been amazing. I ordered the taupe color to match my family room. We had to move to from room to room so the little wheels on the bottom were very helpful. Although the chair itself is big, it does not use up a lot of space when fully horizontal. I'm very happy with the purchase so far!

The chair feels amazing, has plenty of settings, options for intense/less intense, same benefits of getting a massage done by someone but unfortunately mine makes a very loud mechanical noise when going into zero gravity mode. I weigh 110 pounds and my boyfriend weighs 180 so we aren't over the weight limit for it but it sounds like it's going to break or fail after time because of this issue. I haven't seen any other reviews about this and looked all over the internet so i definitely think it's an issue with my specific chair and not all of them. Hopefully someone will resolve the problem and I will definitely leave an updated review if it gets fixed. Overall the chairs great the only cons I have noticed was 1. that really loud not so normal noise 2. anyone who's tall struggles with the expansion on the foot rest since they can't fully relax without pressing on it the entire time 3. it doesn't do all that much for your calfs (or it didn't for me maybe because I'm shorter? idk.)

I bought this massage chair as a gift for my parents and I can 100% say it is absolutely worth the price. I love the many features it has and how relaxed you feel after you’re done. If you’re thinking about getting a massage chair, this is your sign to invest in this one.

Absolutely love this chair. I have lower back issues and spinal stenosis. After a month my back is freeling much better and my tingling in the arms have pretty much disappeared. This chair is far better than expected. I thought I was getting a chair like the ones in the mall. It's far better and 1/4 of the price. Target has best price on this so I made teh purchase and have really enjoyed every day. Heads up, the massage is on the strong side and if you are on the big size it gets a little tight at 6'2". Other than that great chair!!!!

Very high quality, beautiful fabric used. The inner mechanics are strong and smooth. This is the first self massager that is able to crack my back by applying rolling pressure up and down my spinal area. 3D knobs, zero gravity, beautiful, comfortable. And the best part, it comes pre assembled, you only need to connect the footrest to the chair…installation was less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend
