I think we got a defective one, so I reached out to Therabody, but I will be returning if they can’t help. This is so loud. It’s supposed to be “whisper quiet.” Definitely not. Other than the jackhammer noise, it feels nice.

Totally overpriced! The charger isn’t even a USB port. You need to go BUY an adaptor to fit the cord to charge it if you don’t already have one. So you spend a small fortune and then need to spend more $$$. So wished I had shopped around for a different one.

Not powerful enough, and feels cheap. I have some really tight muscles in my thighs, lower back, hips, and glutes. As I pressed harder to be able to get a better massage, the machine didn’t have enough power and the gun stopped as I pressed harder. If you don’t do well with hard pressure this is good for you. If you have deep tissue relief you need dealt with, find something else.

This massage gun is very loud compared to others. The build quality is bad for the price. Feels very cheap and even the power button placement is bad. Got one from Sharper image for less and is much better.
