Damage- main part on the bed frame came completely splintered/cracked. When assembling the stairs, the boards kept cracking from the dowels when tightening the screws.

Looks as depicted;however, it is difficult to assemble and it scratches easily. One of the slats came damaged,we chose not to return the product after complete assembly.
