It sets up fine and seems to work, but it came with tiny clip-on headrests (not the nice ones pictured) and did not include the expected filter cartridges (listed as included in instructions).

Was so excited to give the hot tub to my husband for Father’s Day and both the motor and headrest arrived crack. I am presently waiting to hear back from the company. Hope they do the right thing since it is a heavy piece to return.

This is such a great, economical way to have a hot tub on the deck “anytime you need one”. Very thick material and the bubbles are so much better than expected!! Heats very well.

We were so hot tub! Unfortunately it has been so incredibly difficult. The cover is impossible to put on/take off as it fits so snugly that it needs at least 3 people to get it on/off and it still doesn’t fit properly. Despite the snug cover, the water was constantly slimy. In the short time we have tried to use the hut tub, we have seen a professional to get proper chemicals and still had to drain, clean, refill and reheat multiple times. It is so time consuming that we have barely had the opportunity to enjoy the hot tub. So sad - this has been a huge pain in the bootie and a huge letdown.

The heater stopped working, just after three months of use. And now there is no options for return or any way to contact the company.

Pier spa plus portable hot tub is a game changer not only was it affordable and easy to set up but now we have a hot tub to enjoy three seasons out of the year! We thought about trying it through the winter but since we live way up north, we thought this might be expensive. It is easy to use and wonderful to have available after a hard days work.

This hot tub exceeded all of my expectations for a portable hot tub and I can't believe I never got one before. I was able to move the box and set this hot tub up without assistance. The setup was simple, adding water, and getting it all dialed in was also no issue. I love that it came with a cover as that helps regulate the water temperature and also protect from debris getting into the water. I definitely recommend this hot tub and wish I would've got one sooner!

Setting it up wasn't as bad as I thought, came with clear and easy instructions. I love the pillows and jets feel amazing. Heats to a perfect temp leaving my body feeling wonderful. Especially after a long day at work on my feet. The bubbles and led lights are of course my daughters favorite features. It fit perfect on my back porch. I of course had to set the scene with tiki torches and a portable speaker for music. This hot tub is comfortable and seems easy to maintain cleaning it. I love that it came with the thermal ground cover and also the cover to keep the top closed while not in use. I'm in love with it. Works great. Features are good. Perfect to use anytime in my opinion. With fall coming up and it gonna cool down, I'm gonna enjoy using it on the cool nights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable hot tub is absolutely amazing! I could lounge in it all day and enjoy the strong bubble jets massaging my back. Setup was not overly complicated and we did it fairly quickly. The most time consuming part was heating up the water which took about a day. The bubble jets are incredible and I love that this is portable. I set it up in my garage for now and haven't had an issue. When considering it for it's portability, keep in mind that it does weigh about 100 pounds. It comes with head rests and has beautiful lighting that really makes it feel welcoming. I personally think about 3 people could fit comfortably in it at a time. This is a wonderful way to enjoy a spa at the comfort of my own home, without buying a permanent, costly hot tub. I would absolutely recommend buying one of these to enjoy all year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blow up jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! It does take at least 2 people to set up as it's a bit heavy. My husband and I were able to set it up pretty quick after reading the instructions. After we set it up we spent the evening relaxing in it with an adult beverage. The jets feel great and the seats are really comfortable. Best money spent in a long time. Love that we can take it down whenever and move it if needed unlike the larger more expensive jacuzzi's out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Intex Pure Spa plus Bubble massage is a great hot tub. It is my first one and it has worked out great. After finding a level spot to put it, it only took about 20 minutes to set up. The pump comes with an attachment to blow up all the things that need blowing up like the tub, the cover and pillows. It took about an hour for the water to fill. Once we got the pump/heater set up it took about 24 hours for the water to go from mid 60's f to 104 f degrees. It comes with the filters you need and also a light that you can change the colors. The bubbles come on with one button and agitate the water pretty well. The tub is a perfect size for 2-3 people. 4 people could fit but it would be a little crowded. Overall Great hot tub.

It was very simple and fast to set this up, it comes with everything you need except the water! It has a built-in hard water treatment system that actually makes the water feel softer. It has 140 bubble jets that help you to truly relax, that hot bubbly water feels sooooo good!!! Also comes with a multicolored LED light that is pretty cool and two nice headrests for even more comfort!! Intex did a great job putting this all together into one package, as soon as you slip into this spa and feel the luxury and quality you will be very satisfied with your purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spa is really easy to set up. You use the existing pump to air up the different pieces of it. It is made of a very strong material and is very firm. The "jets" work much better than anticipated. They really make some strong bubbles. The touch panel is easy to use, you adjust it to the temperature that you want to keep it at and it automatically turns on and off to maintain that temperature. You need to keep it covered though if you want it to run efficiently. The light that is included is really cool and changes colors automatically or you can leave it on one color. You will need basic water treatment chemicals to keep the water from getting gross. I use Bromine instead of chlorine, it is pretty simple to maintain clean water. This spa is really a neat addition to your outdoor living area, you can bring it to the RV park with you or anywhere else that you would like. Overall, this is a really cool portable spa that works great and is durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instillation was super easy. Literally took less than 5 minutes to inflate. Plug into a grounded electrical outlet. Then you just connect the hoses, fill up with water to the line and get the heat going any you're ready to go. I had my doubts. There was no way I thought the construction of an inflatable spa could hold up and provide support. The sides are sturdy enough to actually sit on to maneuver into the spa. My one complaint is that it says a 4 person spa, but that might be pushing it with average sized people. Its been up about a month and there hasn't been any air loss that I have noticed. The way the control panels are positioned you can access them while inside the spa. I feel its gets a little loud with the bubbles going, but not where you cant carry on a conversation. We keep the chlorine filter in while not using it, but take out when we're inside it. Not too much little floatie debris gets past the filtering. As far as the spa experience goes, its great. You get the same experience in an inflatable spa as an inground one. It's very relaxing and warm which helps to ease soreness. We really love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this hot tub last week and were a bit skeptical about it being inflatable. Let me tell, it’s great. It was very easy to set up. We set it up right on our pool deck. It took about 30 minutes to set it up completely and about 20 minutes to fill with water. It come with a cover to hold in the heat and keep it clean. The bubbles are very strong are relaxing. The hardest part will be keeping the water stable. But easy enough by heading to the pool store weekly for a water test and recommendations on chemicals.
