Item was defective after putting everything together. The bed doesn’t move on the railing had to manually push it with loud squeaking noise. Foot bar did not fit into the foot stand correctly. Called the warranty line. Emailed a video and picture of the equipment with the issue never got a response back from Stamina.
My cousin was right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not quite a studio reformer, but it is aesthetically pleasing and has a pretty smooth ride. It doesn’t break the bank like “professional” reformers and has springs. I could not give 5 stars due to mine shipping minus 4 necessary screws, a slightly damaged carriage corner, and 2 non-functional blue springs that it took me hours to pry apart to remove. Also, I’m disappointed in the quality of the ropes; one was slightly fraying upon delivery. The wheels squeaked and I sprayed them with dry silicone which seems to have eliminated the noise. I bought new pulleys since I hear it doesn’t come with great ones. The shoulder pads are somewhat comfortable but get in the way when trying to use the pulley bar for pull-ups. I think the reformer could be shorter and still provide sufficient leg extension. The stoppers on both ends limit your range a bit. Wish the foot-bar didn’t wiggle, but it’s nicely padded. The carriage is cushy. Love the trampoline rebounder vs a more plyometric jump board. Didn’t want to pay $$$$ for another brand with a cardio trampoline. Customer service is very responsive. Assembly was a pain. Took 2+ hours even with help; not hard, time consuming. I’d give the reformer 3.5 stars as compared to a professional one, but 5 stars for customer service. I also think a bit more factory attention to detail such that 2 damaged springs don't make it past quality control would be great.

This is a high quality home reformer at a really great value. Sturdy all around! Putting the reformer together does take patience - the directions aren’t the greatest and some of the holes in the to the frame didn’t line up exactly so I needed to get smaller screws to fit in the misaligned holes. It comes with a great poster sized instructions on all the basic pilates moves which is awesome for beginners!

I am so happy with this reformer. I've used reformers at two high-level gyms and this is as good as any of those reformers. I'm able to to full exercise routines with no limitations. The straps, shoulder supports, foot bar, and jump all work as expected. This is a high quality machine and well worth the money spent. Easy to assemble, by the way. I did everything myself. Would have been easier with a helper but one person can assemble with some thought and effort.

I love this machine. It is so versatile. It was a solid 2hrs to put it together myself but well worth it. I did order (from another site) a red spring as I needed more resistance.

I purchased this product after researching many of the machines available. I like the sturdiness of this model and the fact that it has the springs instead of the chords. This model has the 15"stand which allows for more exercise options. One of the issues that I saw on other reviews is that some hear a pop noise while moving through the rails. I was able to overcome this issue by holding the machine up vertically when assembling the rail. So the rails line up correctly and the wheel moves freely through the rails. Love this machine and the price is great. Highly recommend.

Excellent frame, smooth operation and springs. Hand and foot straps poorly cushioned so need to order the fuzzy strap covers. Also the neck pillow does make rebounding more comfortable for me. Wish it was made somewhere other than China though.

For an at home reformer, this machine does the trick! The grip platform and the easy changing between the foot bar and rebounder is wonderful! It glides as well as you could expect for a non-studio machine! The only design element I would change if I was able is the way to adjust the ropes. If I want to do movements where I grip the straps rather than the loops, the plastic adjuster can be troublesome if that is where your grip lands. The only other thing I wish it had is the ability to adjust the carriage for the height of a person. My husband is not able to fully utilize the positioning of the foot bar because he is too tall. It needs to be on the back slanted position for him to even have a chance at a workout.
Good for home use.

Was nice that alot of the parts were preassembled and the rest was pretty easy. A couple of the springs were bent too far closed and it makes them hard to quickly take off and put on depending on the resistance you want. One of the springs squeaks when extended and I'm afraid I'm going to wake others when I work out early. Like the jump board, but definitely ordered the box and pole for a lot of the exercises done at the Pilates studio.
Would be 5 star but improvement needed

I've had this only a couple of weeks and the rubber mat is already coming unglued from the foot stand. It is curling up which is disappointing. Also, the product appears to have been designed for only one user vs a household because the ropes are not easy to adjust for varying heights. The system also makes a little more noise than anticipated which can make 6am workouts disturbing to others who might want to sleep in or enjoy their coffee in quiet. Despite these challenges, the product delivers on all the standard exercises we used to do at Club Pilates. It feels extremely stable for a 245 lb person. The range of motion is excellent and the adjustable foot and pully bars are a pleasant surprise.

Recently upgraded to this model but really disappointed that there is no way to attatch the pull up bar to it. It doesn't seem fair to bring out extra simple attatchments for the aeropilate machines that only fit certain models. The pull up bar is so popular but you have excluded so many of your loyal customers from being able to purchase it. Aeropilate reformers are really great, but simple attachments should be made to fit all models.

I bought this reformer about 2 months ago. I have been doing Pilates on a studio reformer at the gym for about 6 months. I cannot believe the quality of this product! I also bought the Box, pole, and magic ring. I can do every exercise at home that I do at the gym. The Springs are the same and I love the cardio rebounder. This is the best purchase I've ever made. It is approximately 96 in long, but it fits in my exercise room with no problem. Absolutely love it! You won't be disappointed.

I have been using a similar product at my gym for many years and felt it was time to bring it home. I use it 3-4 times per week and love it. The instruction DVD's are easy to follow and the workout is very thorough. The reformer itself is made very well and solid. This is one of my best investments and recommend it highly.
