Just like everyone else has said the case does not protect. The back of my phone is shattered because of this case. I’ve never broken a phone in my 15 years of using one until now. So frustrating!

Spent $50 for this case. I dropped my phone and back glass cracked. This is supposed to be durable and will protect your phone from a certain amount of height. Not worth the money!

Do not recommend. Phone dropped off of a table and the back is completely shattered. Luckily I have been paying for phone insurance but highly disappointed that I spent this much on a phone case and it didn’t protect it.

Worst product ever and from the reviews they won’t replace your phone just will give you a new phone case even though that’s not was broken. Dropped it from 30.5 inches at work when I missed the desk by accident that was only the 2nd drop I’ve had with this phone!!! The 4ft to 78x shockproof information isn’t true. Can’t believe I was recommended this brand!

I have always used otterbox cases on my phones, especially the symmetry version but now I’m looking elsewhere. They’re not the same great quality they used to be. I threw my case away because my screen cracked

Garbage. The back of my phone shattered from a short drop and the case turns brown even though it says that it is anti yellowing. The power button gets stuck on the side shortly after purchasing and doesn’t work. Absolute trash and so disappointing. I have been a loyal OtterBox customer for 10+ years but I will be switching to a different brand.
