A: How is this free of all the major allergens if it contains fish oil and coconut? Those are 2 allergens, fish and tree nuts.

At this time, our core line of SmartyPants gummy multivitamins (those with omegas derived from wild-caught small fish) include a beef-derived gelatin. We no longer include pork in any SmartyPants product. We use a very small amount of gelatin to encapsulate the fish oil in our SmartyPants core line of gummy supplements. A: Hi Lz24 --- At this time, we do not include Iron in any of our chewable/gummy formulas (this includes our Prenatal Multi & Omegas with fish oil). Iron is a leading cause of accidental overdose, so we didn't want to include Iron into a chewable supplement that tastes so good - just in case someone might be tempted to eat more than our recommended daily serving. If Iron is needed, we always recommend that you speak to your primary health advisor or Doctor to determine the correct amount and form of Iron needed specifically for you. Highly recommend this prenatal if you have terrible morning or in my case all day sickness. I can’t keep a normal prenatal down. This is the only thing I found that I can actually take without getting sick! No fishy smell or taste! Tastes like fruit snacks! ** only gave 4 stars because- it does not contain iron in it so if you tend to be low iron you need to take a iron supplement-this is very common for most vitamin gummies!**

They don’t trigger any nausea and I love that they have FOLATE for girls with mthr but I wish they sold a sour less artificial taste because these are SO sweet that they leave an overly sweet aftertaste that makes my mouth water in a bad way.

27 weeks pregnant and I've had a sensitive/unhappy stomach the whole time. They taste sooo much better than the Olly gummies. I got the Olly ones because of the reviews but honestly they don't taste that great and still gave my stomach a twinge. I wish I had gotten these a long time ago.

These taste HORRIBLE, but easy to chew I guess and have all the good things. I'd rather swallow a hard vitamin and not have to chew them though. I wish I wouldn't have bought the 2 bottles on sale and went with a different brand or kind. Value was good....But not if you get nauseaus easily. And you have to take 4.

Personally I loved these way better than all sugar covered gummies. I tried just about all the prenatal gummies and these were honestly my favorite. I can't swallow large pills so gummies are my go to. Also, yes, these do not contain iron, but that's what you find out when you do your research for any prenatal gummie. No biggie! Just get a bottle of iron pills or gummies(gummy form don't taste great btw) and you're good to go! :)

These set me up for failure. I was very low in iron during my pregnancy. I did not know this but they do not put iron in chewables as kids can OD if they get a hold of prenatal chewables. Be cautious when buying any chewable prenatal as they do lack some very needed vitamins during your pregnancy. I will no longer be taking these and will need to supplement with iron on the side from here on out.

These are the only gummies I found that have close to the recommended amount of folic acid, DHA & choline in them. I can’t take pills so it’s been a struggle to find a good enough gummy (ps gummies don’t have iron in them so be mindful of that!) but these taste so bad 😭 The serving size is 4 so I dread taking these. The initial taste/smell is so fishy. Every other gummy I tried (natures made, olly, target brand) taste so much better but these have the best ingredients. It’s a win lose I guess!

Best taking gummies I’ve tried! I went through a container of Olly, they were okay. Much more gelatinous, kinda funky aftertaste. These guys are super soft with a great texture. Love that they use some organic ingredients + natural food sources for color. Skip the Olly, these guys are far superior.

Should have listened to the reviews. These do not taste good, and you have to eat 4 of them daily! They’re a very chewy and sticky gummy texture, but also chalky tasting at the same time. Skip these if you can.

I chose these because B12 vitamin is methylcobalamin and not the synthetic version. I also appreciated that it is third-party tested. Taste is not bad at all. Wish I would have known about these vitamins with my other pregnancies. I feel safe eating these for my baby.
