I bought this bacon and something was way wrong with it. It didn’t come out of the package in strips it just fell apart. Then when cooking, it took a long time to even brown and instead seemed like it was just melting because it shrank so bad.

I think it had just the right amount of fat,not too little not too much. I would recommend the applewood smoked bacon to any who enjoys bacon (who doesn’t).

It cooked wonderfully.. not too fatty but not too muscle to make it really hard and chewy. It had a hint of apple, but not an overwhelming taste. It was difficult to find however, so I think if you can find it, stock up!

I am one who prefers to bake my bacon in the oven (365° after being rinsed in cold water) and this bacon keeps the flavor, is not overly salty, and cooks to the exact crispiness that I and my family prefer! 10/10 recommend if you have never tried!

Not to thin or thick so it cooked nice and evenly. I also like that as I separated each piece out of the packaging that it didn't tear or stick to another piece. nothing more frustrating then frying a bunch of bacon pieces. I would definitely recommend this. It's yummy.
