Take thawed or fresh hash browns, mix them with cheese & seasoning, then pre-bake the crust before adding in your fave quiche ingredients.

Breakfast Pizza with Greens

Pizza goes to brunch! Break eggs onto a breakfast sausage pizza, then bake until cooked. Top with fresh arugula & crushed red pepper.

Egg Pastries

Use thawed puff pastry, cheese & asparagus to make little tarts. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Break an egg into each; salt & pepper. Bake again until eggs are cooked to your liking.
