The product itself works wonders, but I’ve bought two cans, the first stopped spraying brand new, I exchanged it for a new one, and now that one won’t spray!! Pretty annoyed, I’ll have to exchange it again or maybe just get my money back.

I have purchased this product three times now, and everytime I use it the nozzle doesn't work. I replaced one of them and it worked for 3 days, but when the nozzle worked the product itself was great. The cost of this product is too high for the nozzle to be faulty.

The last two times I've purchased this product, the spray nozzle has stopped working within the first few uses. The first time it happened, I returned the product to the retailer, no problems. The second time it happened, I decided it wasn't worth the effort. I also had the same problem with the heat protectant spray nozzle. I really like these products, but they are too expensive to risk continuing to buy.

I've purchased this twice now and both times the spray nozzle stopped working. Ulta was great about accepting a return, but the same problem happened with the second bottle. Its a good product, but a waste money due to packaging.

I love this product - it's a great dry shampoo. The nozzles, however, are defective. I've had at least 3 bottles that haven't worked and that I've had to return because no product will come out.

I bought this as a trial size for a business trip, thinking that worst case, it was a small size and I wouldn't beat myself up if I didn't like it. I have dark hair, and this dry shampoo was INCREDIBLE! No residue left and I ended up not having to shampoo my hair for the majority of my trip. Will absolutely be buying the full size of this!

I use the advanced clean dry shampoo on day 1, immediately after a full wash and blow dry, there is no buildup until day 6 or so, I wash my hair once a week.

Living proof, your bottles are not manufactured well. I'm now on my fourth bottle of your product that stopped spraying when it was brand new. I got one spray out of it and can no longer use it. Your product is too expensive for it to just be wasted. I love the formala but the fact that the bottle stops working is turning me away from wanting to continue to use your product. And at this point I'm not the only one. I'm seeing other people talk about it on social media too. FIX THE PROBLEM!

I have really oily roots and this works amazing. But lord, the SMELL is nauseating. If it didn't work so well, I would have returned it or just thrown it away. If you aren't super sensitive to scents, I would highly recommend.

I was excited to try this “advanced clean” dry shampoo bc I loved the regular version by Living Proof! I didn’t feel this one worked as well, however, and the nozzle broke after using it just a few times. It’s not just clogged, but broken, so I have 3/4 of a bottle of product I can’t use. Definitely will go back to the regular version!

The actual product was great, but I only got to use it one time before the applicator broke. Not sure if it's because of the travel size, such a bummer!
