This was easy to assemble and came with straightforward instructions and a decent Alan wrench. The fabric is so soft and plush. It is great for cats to have a high up place to nap or play away from my toddler and large dog. It also comes with a strap to secure it to a wall. Both of my cats seem to really love it so far.
