There are a lot of dried apple pieces but there is a good variety of fruits and nuts as well. It is a good mix of sweet and salty and a good source of quick protein on the go!

It was a bit salty and you can feel the salt on your tongue but it was enjoyable. I also like how its in a small baggie so its easy to carry around.

The fruit actually has the texture of freeze dried fruit instead of of being weirdly squishy & the nuts aren’t too salty at all!

As a girly who doesn’t like nuts, this trail mix was a surprising hit for me. I was expecting an overwhelming nut overload like most trail mixes I’ve encountered in the past. However, when I sat down one night to eat these as a midnight snack, I was shocked by how sweet it was. The apple pieces really brought out a unique flavor that other trail mixes don’t have and the nuts weren’t overwhelming or excessive. I actually ate the entire serving size bag really quickly which I wasn’t anticipating myself doing. Way to go on this product! I would actually buy this again and eat it which is saying a lot for someone who doesn’t like nuts.
