So far, these are my favorite low-carb bagels. Unlike other brands, they have a better bagel consistency, especially once toasted. I really like this flavor and the plain is good too. My only complaint is once I got a bag with a deformed bagel that was 1/4 of the size of a normal bagel when I ordered through pick up. So, I suggest checking the bag thoroughly when buying.

I've incorporated sola bagels into my daily diet as a dessert substitute, but my recent purchase of four additional packs was underwhelming. After preparing them as usual by cutting and toasting, I was disappointed to find that the texture had changed. The bagels are now lighter, airier, and more sponge-like, unlike their previous texture, which was similar to that of a regular bagel. As a result, I am now uncertain whether I will continue to purchase them once my current batch is depleted.

Bagel tastes like a typical soft store bought bagel would, pretty good for only 110 calories. No problems toasting it or freezing/thawing out one at a time. However the nutritional facts are off online vs what the product label on it. Like 14 grams of protein vs 12 grams of protein, carbs are off too. So I would just double check numbers to make sure you reach whatever goals you’re trying to hit.

False advertising. There are 4 calories in 1 gram of carbs. There are 41 grams of carbs in each bagel 4 calories x 41 grams of total carbs = 164cals, + 12grams of protein + 2.5 grams of fat = 234.5 total calories

These have a strange consistency. Very chewy/doughy. Almost seem raw inside. I’ve tried using the toaster and the oven to warm them. I’ll keep experimenting.
