Too many air pockets

Many of the bagels in this batch had gaping air pockets on one half of the bagel, which were significantly larger and in more bagels in each bag than I’ve ever had before. The holes were so large that the top half (where the holes were) were encompassing 50-75% of the entire bagel half. I love these bagels but that was really disappointing.

I only seated whole wheat bagels but received plan. When I contacted customer service, I was told that plain bagels are whole wheat bagels but that is not what the ingredient list says. When I responded asking for whole wheat bagels or a refund, I got deafening silence.
