I can't express how happy i am a friend introduced me to four sigmatic. She told me it was mushroom coffee and i really didn't think it was going to be great tasting. Not only was Is great tasting, it doesn't affect my heart rate nor do i crash. What a treat ! This particular one is perfect not too strong, smells delicious and taste amazing. I will be purchasing this one again.

This coffee tastes milder and easier on stomach than the regular mushroom coffee or other coffee. I drink this when I wake up quite naturally and not very sleepy, but when I need to wake up quickly I mix half and half with the regular one to add the depth and caffeine effect. I like the taste of half and half mix better but I am trying to cut unnecessary caffeine. I do not feel the effects of mushrooms (maybe because I am healthy and feel good anyways) but I have a faith that it is working in my body so I feel good.

I'm fairly sensitive to caffeine, and have anxiety, so a fully caffeinated coffee makes me jittery and unable to sleep (even if I drink it early in the day.) Balance Coffee, at half caf, has the perfect amount for me. The adaptogens further calm my nervous system. I drink this every day. Also, the taste is great!!!

I've added liquid Ashwagandha to my daily coffee... so, I was ready to try this combination. I love the Four Sigmatic brand and story so I gave it a try. When I used these products separately ie coffee - liquid ashwagandha, I could 'taste' the liquid... with this coffee, I cannot taste the difference... Great coffee... always...
