Gorgeous comfy sectional that looks expensive

This sofa… I bought 6 pieces to make an L shaped section. It is the most uncomfortable sofa ever. I tried to do a return but the return policy ended BEFORE I received the sofa pieces. The bases lack stretch so they are very hard, the seat cushions are lacking basic cushion material, the back has great density but the shape is bad. I ended up buying large (30x30) down pillows to insert but that doesn’t even help enough to make it comfortable. The velvet material and color is beautiful though! Word to the wise, not worth your money.

This item is so posh and the pix do not do it justice. It’s very neat and square and once accessoried with the right pillows looks like a million bucks in my cloffice. It’s a small space city girl must have and a total steal vs Crate and Barrel. It is perfect for a stealth wealth Scandi style maven who wants polish and comfort. It does need a lil back support I’m not gonna lie but with the right pillows you’re golden. Takes three min to put together. The pics look grayish and country glam but it is actually really sleek and works for a stylish home. Obsessed!

The Haven Velvet Modular French Seam Sofa Chair Dark Green - Threshold chair was really easy to put together and i really like the texture of the fabric. The cushions took a bit of breaking in before they actually got to a level of what i would consider comfortable however.

This is a LARGE chair. Much bigger than I expected. Which would be a good thing, even a GREAT thing if it was actually comfortable. It’s just not very practical to use as a stand-alone piece. There are no armrests and it sits really low to the ground. To it’s kind of a pain to get in and out of comfortably. Plus the cushions are thin so not really made for regular lounging. A big disappointment!

Love this beautiful green modular piece! We put enough together to make a full couch and I think this is the most solid, important piece of it. (Vs. the corner or ottoman pieces.) The seat is substantially large enough so that you can get really comfy on it, with enough cushion to lean back but not too much to take over the seat area. It’s heavy enough that it stays put when you sit on it- even with wild toddlers jumping around it hasn’t slid at all. Putting it together was effortless! I wouldn’t say the seat was the SOFTEST- even with the cushion it’s still pretty firm, but it works, and is so pretty that I don’t mind. I saw other people suggesting stuffing the cushions more, so I might consider adding some padding into mine, but for now I love it as it is!

I like this sofa. It can attach with another one or it can be used by itself. Relaxing and big enough for comfort. Easy to assemble. I like It’s texture velvet material. It looks beautiful in big space.

This Haven Velvet Modular French Seam Chair in dark green is incredibly comfortable.The velvet is a short pile velvet in a mossy dark green. It blends seamlessly into a variety of color schemes and decor styles. It blends easily with both coastal and mid century items. You have ample space to add cozy pillows and a throw.

This modular sectional looks nice, but is uncomfortable to sit on. You can feel the wood frame underneath when you sit on the cushion, which is pretty thin. Also be aware that if you purchase a protection plan it will tell you that it is nonrefundable if you return the sofa. I went through the runaround talking to 6 different people, including All State, to try and get a refund on the protection plans that I didn't need after returning the sofa pieces.

As pretty as this set is (I purchased the corner arm chair, armless chair and ottoman) it is not nearly as comfortable as I expected from a feather-filled furniture set. As you sit any length of time i.e.: watching a movie, the cushions flatten and you feel the hardness of the frame beneath. I have a down/feather filled sofa that is so comfy and thought this would be the same - especially at this price point. As for the fabric, it's soft and looks great but I suspect spot-cleaning may be an issue. If you are looking for lofty and comfy -- pass. This is really not it. If you are looking for something to fill in a room that you occasionally use, then this is it.

This side piece of the sectional is well built. Fairly heavy materials. Don’t let the white fabric hold you back, things wipe off well generally speaking. Assembly is the easiest out of any furniture I have ever had to put together myself.

I am blown away how easy this was to put together. This armless French seam feather filled modular sofa chair piece is going to make a perfect new addition to my living room. It's very comfortable and I like how it can also be used as a standalone seat.

Love our new modular couch! Each piece is perfect for our living space in our home. We love reconfiguring the couch to suit our needs. The couch is comfortable for two to sit and enjoy. The color is fabulous and rich.

This chair piece is not only stylish but comfortable. It is a great stand alone piece but also fits seamlessly with the ottoman component of this modular sofa. The color is neutral and the fabric is soft. A nice durable addition to this set.

Got this for our playroom, and it seems to be a good fit. Assembly was very easy, you just have to slide the top piece into the bottom. No tools required. Seems to be pretty comfortable as well, even though the cushion isn't particularly thick. The top and bottom cushion both have covers that zip off, so that's amazing. It came in one large box, and the bottom cushion and cover were squished into the base, which I found clever, but if you're confused when you open it, that's where everything is hiding! It is part of a modular system, and with that comes two notes. One is that there's not any bolts or anything to hold the pieces together. It's on carpet, so I'm hoping that it won't be an issue, but something to keep in mind. The other is that all the pieces don't ship at the same time, or even the same way. This piece is here, the ottoman is still on it's way and the corner piece is coming via freight (which someone has to sign for), so if you're planning on having this by a certain day, have issues being home for delivery, this might not be the piece for you.
