Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer Dryer Advanced automatically sterilizes, then dries 33% faster. Q: can you use this in the future not only for bottles but things like glass baby food storage jars? (Not store bought but ones you use to store larger amounts of puree )

A: Yes, however we recommend that you check the manufacturers guidelines. Not all glass can withstand temperature changes and our sterilizers get pretty hot.

Q: Why is it always so went after the Sanitize and dry cycle is complete. I have been having to dry again. I never fill it above max line.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. It could be a few reasons. We have multiple dry cycles, 30, 45 & 60 minutes. If you are adding a large load to the sterilizer, we recommend increasing the drying time. Depending on the bottles, if they have concave bottoms, water may pool there so it may be best to set them up in a way where the water can run off. Lastly, we recommend reviewing the hepa filter. and ensure that it doesn't need to be replaced. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our customer care team.

Q: How do you clean the heating plate when it has mineral buildup?

A: We recommend using a descaler, or mixing equal parts distilled white vinegar and water and letting the mixture sit overnight. Q: How long does it take to do a sterilize and dry cycle?

A: The sterilize cycle is 10 minutes but the drying time is pending on what you choose. The sterilizer dryer advanced has multiple drying selections from 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute drying times. Hope this helps but remain available should you require assistance.

A: The sterilization process on our Sterilizer Dryer Advance should last 8-10 minutes. If you have mineral build up on the heating plate, it can cause it to overheat and not sterilize for the full amount of time and causing a red droplet icon to appear on your machine. The unit runs out of Water before the sterilization cycle is complete consistently and the hot metal plate at the bottom begins to burn the plastic around it and causes a terrible smell. We are on our third replacement.

I wouldn't recommend this product. We had it for our first child and used it for about 6 months maybe once a day (max). We had our 2nd child and it stopped working within 2 weeks of us using it (doesn't even turn on!). Maybe the new product that has the washer would be worth it but this one's not worth the price for the limited features.

I don’t like how dirty or rusty the water area gets. I’ve only used this for 2 months and it has really dirty water on the bottom. I don’t understand if it’s actually cleaning my bottles properly or not.

Our heating plates are stainless steel and can be properly cleaned and restored to new condition by descaling the heating plate. You can also ensure you minimize any debris by using distilled water and ensuring that your bottles are fully washed prior to sterilizing them. I had one gifted to me at my baby shower a couple of months ago, baby was born last month, the common E4 error shut down the device after one week of use. Manufacturer warranty is under 2 months expired, we were not given a receipt. Don’t buy.

The most important baby item we have! Love that it sterilizes and dries all you need for baby as well as breast pump parts. It’s so nice to be able to put everything in the machine once washed, turn it on, and not think about it. The dryer stopped working on ours about 8 months into using, but Baby Brezza replaced it as it was still under warranty. We called on a Monday and received our new machine on Thursday!

I received this item as a gift. After about two weeks of use, the steam cycle begins producing an intense burning smell that becomes imprinted into the bottles. This is wholly unsatisfactory and I will be getting a refund

Machine is made inexpensive and cheap. Did not clean bottles they were always cloudy and still smelled like formula. This purchase is not worth the money. Your dishwasher at home will clean bottles better

I bought it brand new and just started using it this week but whenever it goes into the dry cycle it smells like it’s burning. The smell is bad enough that it fills the room. I have read the instructions over again and made sure I was using it correctly before writing this. It’s unfortunate as it’s a handy appliance to have!

This is as plug and play as you can get, with a sprinkle of water. It does a really good job at sterilizing all my bottles. It uses very little water, like 5-6 ounces so a gallon of distilled water goes a long way.

Amazing sterilizer! I can’t believe I was using a pot to sterilize my baby’s bottles all of this time. When I received this sterilizer it was a game changer, it saves me so much time and energy. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about leaving bottles on the stove top anymore and then drying it by hand. This machine sterilizes and dries to perfection. This is a MUST HAVE.

Received this as a baby shower gift and it worked amazing for the first 2 months after which the drying feature started to malfunction. It still sterilizes however when drying the air no longer heats up. Unable to even try to utilize the warranty because I’m in a different country. Really devastated cause it was so great when it worked properly

The heating element stopped working after 2 weeks so it no longer sterilized. As I had received this as a gift a while before the baby was born, I didn’t have proof of purchase. I had confidence that warranty would cover any problems. However I was told there was nothing that could be done without the proof of purchase. So this will just go into the trash. It was helpful when it actually worked. Not sure I would recommend based on customer service. Many new moms receive great gifts but it seems tacky at the time to demand a receipt. I was considering purchasing the formula maker as well but changed my mind after this experience

Loved it while it worked. So much so I recommended it to 3 other families that had babies shortly after. Then it stopped turning on. Never got around to calling in the warranty and now nothing can be done. They don’t even have a recycle program for the pieces of plastic that are in great condition since we only used it about 15 times. Adding this junk to the landfill…
