[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have much experience with Korean BBQ sauces, but this sauce is very tasty. It’s sweet, super flavorful, and makes everything taste better. I’ve tried it on chicken and salmon so far. It’s a little hard to squeeze out of the bottle, which can be frustrating. The price feels a little high for the amount that you get, but I would buy it again as a special treat. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised upon opening how big the actual bottle was for this. I used it very sparingly on a Asian pasta dish that I made, and it was delicious. It taste like a barbecue mix with a little bit of Asian sing. I did note that the color was slightly red, so I wondered about the food dies within it. However it did taste very good and it has a rich, thickness added to the dish. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting the taste of this. It says sweet and savory, but it is not very sweet. It has only 6g of added sugar so maybe not enough to stick out. Definitely more savory with a soy foward flavor. I made a stir fry with the sauce and it worked very well. I enjoyed the taste. My stir fry tasted a little salty, but I think seasoning the chicken plus using this sauce was too much salt. I tried the sauce on its own and it was not too salty. I will definitely try again and add no extra salt. Overall it is worth a try for an easy sauce for any meat or even just over rice! I received an incentive to write this review.

We drizzled it on top of grilled chicken and veggie kebabs and it was delicious. It’s not spicy but it has a lot of good flavor. It would be really good mixed with ground beef for an Asian themed cheese burger. This will definitely be a staple buy in our household! It’s not too salty either! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with packaging- it’s clear, lightweight, and is of standard quality. As for flavor, I think it’s great- very tasty! It’s got a deep savory, umami flavor that’s bbq-esque with its smokiness. It paired well with tofu, vegetables and rice. I recommend it! Even my two young kids liked it (which speaks volumes in my opinion). It’s a bit pricier than I’d normally go for, but it allowed for leftovers so that evens that out a bit. I started with marinating the chicken in the sauce then grilling it and also adding it to some stir fried vegetables. It is more on the thicker side consistency wise so I did need to add water to think it out a bit. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor profile (I’m not usually a sweet sauce fan) and how well it marinated the chicken. It was a good balance of sweet and savory. I would have like a bit of heat in the sauce but otherwise I think it was a decent value for the price and was accessible at a nearby target. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Momofuku Korean BBQ Sauce comes in such a nice diner-style twist top container I'll probably keep it when I'm done with it! I got the Sweet and Savory which says it's all-purpose. This absolutely has that iconic Korean BBQ taste, and LOTS of it. It's maybe a little too robust on the flavor as a stand-alone dipping sauce, and I mixed a bit of ranch with it making it one the best sauces I've had. Because of those strong flavors I look forward to trying this as a marinade where I think it'll really shine. I received an incentive to write this review.

I put it on some quinoa to give it some more flavor and turned around a second to find that my son ate it all. It’s a great sauce to put on veggies, meats, rices, or pastas to get that authentic Korean barbecue flavor. And it’s low in calories and has no saturated fat! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce has a strong smell and honestly a strong taste. The bottle says it can be used as a dip but I personally hated it. I think this sauce would be better to marinate some meat or as a stir fry. Personally I am not a huge fan of the taste. It tastes almost vinegar like to me. The sauce is really thick which seems like really good quality. I personally won't purchase this again but I think everyone should try it. I believe it's just an acquired taste. My daughter used it to dip her chicken nuggets in and couldn't stop eating. We are making Korean stir-fry tonight and I'm so excited to try it. It isn't overly sweet which is great. He can taste the ginger and other spices and it goes well with your foods. This would be great in a stirfry and would make it very flavorful. In general as a family we like Korean BBQ, but sauces are always hit or miss. This sauce is a solid hit. My son was trying to drink it straight out of the bottle! I like that the soy sauce isn’t so overpowering and you can really taste some bold flavors throughout. The texture is a perfect. I cannot wait to try this in the other flavors offered! I tried this sauce on some leftover chicken nuggets and found it to be quite pleasant. I currently have some chicken thighs marinating in the sauce and am excited to eat them over white rice tomorrow. The taste is great and I love that it’s made with only ingredients I can read and understand!! Quality is important to me and this meets that mark! The packaging is well designed, the product was easy to locate in stores, and the sale price made it even more enticing to purchase. It has a twist open/close spout which was easy to use and makes cooking a breeze. It has a great flavor that is fairly powerful so it’s not like you have to use a ton to get the flavor through. I was expecting the American equivalent of “bbq sauce” and was blown away by this savory, salty, umami flavor instead. It is genuinely SO delicious, like, change what I’m cooking for dinner so I can use this sauce, delicious. It’s definitely salt forward, with a little sweetness, not spicy at all. I was hesitant because of the price but the taste and quality is worth it and we only used about 1/3 of a bottle on a family size pack of beef short ribs. Everyone, including kids enjoyed this sauce.
