[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend Momofuko Korean BBQ sauce. The sauce has a great consistency to be used in a variety of ways. While this flavor says it’s sweet and spicy, the kick is not too strong to deter picky eaters. The taste has a great depth of flavor, unlike any other similar sauces I’ve had. The squeeze bottle makes it easy to use and pour. Can’t wait to try on grilled chicken or pulled pork this summer! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try a new sauce which seems to be the rage is Korean BBQ. The flavors are very complex and delicious. I marinated chicken thighs in them for 30 mins prior to the grill. The flavor is a mixture of sweet and salty reminds me of kettle corn where the combo just tastes great. I added a few drops to my white rice instead of butter to add a salty touch. I might try marinating overnight to intensify the flavors or add honey to glaze it and smoke it on my traeger I received an incentive to write this review.

I’ve had a few things from this company before and feel like a lot aren’t worth the hype or cost, but this one is. It is exactly what its name describes - sweet and spicy. Kind of similar to gochujang. Not as oily as the chili crunch stuff that’s pretty viral. I’ve eaten it on a few things so far and will be finishing this bottle. Yum! I received an incentive to write this review.

This Korean bbq sauce has multiple uses and can be used as a dipping sauce, marinade, stir-fry sauce, and more. The sauce is not too thick and is a good consistency for dipping meats and veggies in. The container has a nice spout for squeezing the sauce out neatly. The sauce is not too spicy at all. It has a pretty mild flavor that compliments poultry, seafood, beef, and more. It's a pretty fair price and comparable to similar items on the market. I received an incentive to write this review.

Didn’t taste anything but gochujang. No other flavors or sweetness came through with this sauce. And it is very hard to squeeze out. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be buying again.

There's a big of spice without it being too overwhelming. There's also some solid smokiness that comes through that, while I think probably not for everyone, I really enjoyed. The packaging was not great though, and the bottle (while sealed) had some like leaked sauce on the side.

I first tasted it on a spoon. Full flavored, not cloyingly sweet at all, a bit saltier than expected, heat was immediate, not too intense but punchy, lingering just long enough to enjoy it. I made oven roasted wings at 325 degrees and when they were brown, basted them with the sauce, cooked for 10 minutes before rebasting and then blasted them at 400 with the air fryer for another 7 minutes. Wow! They were slightly charred, more spicy than sweet, and the flavor permeated the wings. Very good. I'll probably do ribs with them and add just a bit of sweet chili sauce to punch up the sweetness abit. Thanks for allowing me to try the sauce and yes, I think it is worth buying.

Very well balanced sauce. I tried it on a few different things (meats, vegetables, rice, eggs) so far and enjoyed it very much. The spice level is not overpowering - just right. Lots of umami. Delicious sweetness with a hint of tanginess - maybe like you would get form plum molasses. Nice consistency to use on prepared food as a condiment, as well as for marinating or during the cooking process. This sauce will be a permanent part of my pantry and will probably replace a few other sauces!
