I had just purchased a hair dryer identical to this one the day before coming across this on Target.com for over $100 cheaper!! The only difference is the first one had a popular designer name of PM on it. That is the only difference!! This dryer does not cause static at all. I have curly hair and most days I straighten my hair but occasionally I do like to rock my curls and this hair dryer is amazing for both!! It comes with a diffuser that did not make my curls frizzy at all like my Chi did and it smooths my hair out so straight that I don’t need my flat iron. You need to give this a try, you will not be disappointed!!
