Unfortunately, this item does not work as intended. It does not remain open, likely due to a manufacturing error. I would advise against buying this item as it will be useless. Sadly, I will be returning it.

Works really well in a tight space, and you can fit a lot on it as long as the items aren't too heavy.

Liked the idea and design but it was just too flimsy. My daughter accidentally knocked it over and it immediately broke.

Not what i expected, doesn’t hold heavy sweaters

Doesn't hold up well when full... It is to be expected based on the material used in the drying rack. But I'm still a bit disappointed in the fact that it didn't last long. I rely on air drying so that my clothes last longer and often put a lot of clothes on it at once. It works fine when there are just a few shirts/pants hanging, but nothing that is heavy while wet will hold up on this.

Pros: This rack is constructed with good quality material. It does not look cheap. Cons: Poor design, keeps falling over, especially if it is loaded even slightly heavier on the top.

very happy. giving away my 2 broken ones for this beauty. I have used it for two weeks now. Very space saving, well designed for maximum items to hang. Neutral colors to blend with any decor. No more hanging long items in doorways so they dont drag on the floor!

I'd totally give it 5 stars if it wasn't constructed of so much plastic. In fairness, the instructions do at least set the hanger arms weight limit at 4 lb upper and 6 lb lower. Other than the plastic limiting its weight limits, its staggered arms design is quite clever in that the upper/lower arms don't have items hanging directly above/below each other, it assembled in seconds, is quite attractive for what it is and does seem strong enough for my needs. The upper arms height are adjustable for dress length, etc. and the upper/lower arms allows (even w/weight limits) for plenty of hanging items. Just the push of a button and the arms collapse flush with the center pole for storage. Highly recommend this item and wish I'd bought it much sooner. :)
