Maxi-Cosi Wheeled Car Seat Travel Pack - Black

We love this car seat bag and would recommend it to anyone! We actually have a Nuna REVV 360 Rotating car seat but we bought this Maxi Cosi bag because it was better than the Nuna bag (Maxi Cosi has a better size and better wheels). Our Nuna car seat fits perfectly into the Maxi Cosi bag.

I was given this Car seat travel bag to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My husband and I loved traveling before we had children. The thought of bringing a baby and all that comes along through an airport and on vacation is very overwhelming. Having this on deck is exactly what we needed to make traveling a little easier. Overall the bag looks very nice, it's all black with brown leather features. The wheels are good quality and the bag itself it very lightweight which is important to us for travel. The car seat goes in the bag easily and the double zippers are a great feature to close it up smoothly. I really love look of this bag- the brown leather added onto the all black design is perfect! It does have an option to be carried as a back pack as well, we don't expect to use that very often but nice to have the option. The straps for the back pack tuck in very well for those who chose not to use it that way. We can not wait to bring this along on our next trip.

My overall impression of the car seat bag is that it looks and feels like a piece of luggage. It feels so sturdy and durable, which is perfect for traveling. My favorite feature is that you can unclip the straps and store them away so you don't trip over them and they won't get tangled on something. It's easy enough to push around due to the amazing wheels it's on, as my 1.5 yr old was able to push it around the house with a car seat inside! It was super easy for my 6'2" husband to hoist this onto his back and carry it around, but it was a bit tougher for me (5'2") due to the weight of it (but come on, car seats are SO heavy). The negative feature for me is that the handle is kind of low. A retractable handle would be SO much easier to be able to pull through the airport. Also, a suggestion would be a place for a tag (like somewhere to insert a card) since it doesn't come with one. Unfortunately we will not be traveling until next year, so we weren't able to test it out on a plane, but thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, it will 100% be traveling with us to Puerto Rico in 2025. The luggage-like design, spacious interior (you can toss a small diaper bag, blankets, etc on top of your car seat and still zipper it closed easily), convenient double zipper, stow away shoulder straps and the ease of the 4-wheel roll make it an essential tool for people traveling with car seats. I definitely recommend this car seat bag!

Love all maxi cosi products! I've been using the Maxi cosi pria for about 4 years now and my kids have all loved this seat so this travel bag came at the perfect time since we just traveled to California! It was super easy to use and our seat fit perfectly! I have traveled a few times with seats and it's always a hassle and I worry about how damaged the seat will get so this bag was a huge plus to have along the way! Its carry handle and convenient roller wheels made it so easy to tote around the airport. It has comfortable, padded straps, so we also could wear it on our shoulders as a backpack, it was awesome. Another plus , the zippers open up quite large so it was easy to get the seat in and out. This bag easily fits all three when I nest them together. I loved that the pack has multiple handles to grab it by. They are located on the top, right side, and the back straps. When trying to get through an airport with three kids, the backpack style is a really vital feature. The zipper opening goes almost the entire way around, except for about six inches at the bottom so loading and unloading the seats from the pack is very quick and easy. I love that the pack is all black because, let's be honest, airports are filthy. The faux leather accents are a classy touch and this pack is much more sophisticated looking than those big ugly drawstring styles I have seem. I was able to use this bag for a weekend getaway and it made bringing three seats on a trip much less stressful than I anticipated. There was even enough space in the bag to stash some other necessities. Our car seats arrived at baggage claim both ways in great condition thanks to this bag. Got this bag from the Stellar Product Review panel program, and it was very helpful for our recent airport experience. It's a pain to deal with traveling with a car seat in general, but the fact that this was compatible with our Maxi Cosi car seat made the whole experience much easier. It fits comfortably, it rolls easily on its wheels, and even has backpack straps. It also held up well to the bumping and scraping you'd expect from a typical trip through the airport, and like all Maxi cosi stuff it looks nice as well. It's a plain, sleek design, and while that doesn't matter much to functionality, it's still a nice feature. I have a Maxi-Cosi car seat for my infant and I love how it looks and functions but was concerned about how to travel with it given the light color. The black bag with leather accents is a great solution! This bag has solved my concerns and I especially appreciate the easy to use top handle. I am 5'8 and am able to wheel the seat in the bag while standing. This means I don't have to be carrying it all the time to use the bag! I am pleased with the quality and design. This is a great travel car seat bag! The design is really well thought out and overall the car seat bag is well made with all of the features you need. The design is wonderful with the zipper opening completely so you can easily set your car seat into the bag, no need for a second person to hold the bag open or having to awkwardly do it alone. The bag also looks great, a nice sleek black that should withstand all the dirt that can accumulate during airport travel. While I haven't had a chance to use it for air travel yet, I plan to next month and think this will be a phenomenal replacement for my old car seat bag. It seems well made and able to handle the wear and tear of airline travel. I love that it is padded to give some extra protection for your car seat and the wheels are awesome. They roll very smoothly, making it easy to move the bag when full without having to lift it. What I love most is that I can fit 2 forward facing car seats in this bag. We use lighter car seats for travel than our everyday car seats, and they both fit, making traveling so much easier. (There are 2 car seats in the bag in all of my review pictures). The backpack straps are also nicely padded, making it more comfortable while wearing on your back, and they tuck away nicely to avoid damage while in transit. The only thing about this bag that I would call a negative is that it doesn't fold up really small or have a carrying bag to tuck it into once you're at your destination, but an easy thing to get over because everything else is so wonderful. Overall, this is a great car seat travel bag - the fabric is sturdy and very protective. The best part about this bag is the wheels - the car seat is heavy, so the wheels make it SUPER easy to transport it. My 3.5 year old was even able to easily pull the car seat in the bag! I like that it has multiple handles - side, top, plus shoulder straps, to grab it from all sides. The shoulder straps nicely tuck away, so they won't get caught in any luggage conveyer belts. The shoulder straps are nice, but honestly, I didn't use them at all, as the car seat is too heavy to carry on my back. Pulling it was much easier! The black looks nice, but it also might be great to have color options, so it's easier to locate on the luggage carousel. We recently used the Maxi Cosi Wheeled Car Seat bag on a tip to Florida. It was a great way to help keep our car seat clean and protected. The large zippers zip and unzip smoothly and the car seat slides in to the bag without difficulty. Loading and unloading from the car and in the airport was a breeze with the wheels and the padded shoulder straps, which are also easy to hide when not in use. The material is study but the bag isn't too heavy. The bag was tested well when our car seat and luggage didn't arrive until two days later. The car seat bag was in the same condition I sent it in and the car seat was clean and protected. My husband and I both have to fly in order to visit our families, so we often travel. We have the young children, all of which need car seats when we travel. Car seats are such a pain to carry, especially with luggage and chasing little ones around. Our old car seat travel bags were just a huge back with a drawstring and one strap. They were constantly slipping and falling. They were bulky and difficult to manage. They also ripped easily. This Maxi-Cosi bag will solve all those issues! We are so stoked about the wheels and straps to run it into a backpack carrier. The wheels on this bag are better than my suitcase wheels. They turn 360 degrees without any issues at all. The fabric is thick and extremely well made. The bag is a slick design. I love the classic black with the leather brown handles. It zips up easily. It fits my car seat perfectly. The only thing I could maybe wish that it had was an adjustable handle that pulled up like a suitcase, but that's honestly not a big deal to me at all. When I traveled by plane with my toddlers previously, we found generic car seat bags with great reviews but quickly found out through the stress of airplane travel that it was not comfortable. Unlike the previous bags I have used, the Maxi-Cosi car seat bag had the parents in mind with how comfortable the straps are. They are very well padded so it does not cut into you shoulders. The straps also have their own storage pockets so it doesn't get caught on other items while it's being transported. The bag itself is also structured but compact for ease during travel and storage. The bag has a zipper with that opens up about 90% of the way so it is not a struggle to pack your car seat. The inside of the bag also is lined with a water proof lining so it makes it easy to clean with a damp cloth and the solid surface at the bottom of the bag where the wheels are attached create an added layer of protection when the car seat is being transported on the conveyer belts. Besides it functionality, the bag itself is very sleek, sharp and has a minimalist design unlike other bags I have seen. The attention to detail with the accent brown leather patch/name tag, zipper pulls and top handle is gorgeous. The only thing I wish this bag had is that I wish the that the ID tag pocket was more obvious with a clear window, however, the leather pocket is very luxurious.

I was given this Car seat travel bag to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It was perfect timing as we received right before our first attempt at flying with our toddler. The bag was very durable and it was very easy to load the car seat in since it had a nice solid flat bottom. The wheels made it very easy to get through the airport and the nice leather handle made it easy to load and unload in the trunk. We had no issues checking the bag and upon our arrival, we had no damage to the bag or the car seat itself. We loved the ease of having our own seat for our rental car while we were away from home. There are a few things I didn't care for with this bag though. The backpack straps are good, but I struggled as a petite mom and was unable to carry it, so I would have to rely on my husband if I ever needed to use that feature. I loved the leather handle, but I think this bag could also benefit from having a retractable handle as well to make the handle a little higher and prevent having to bend over to pull it. All in all, I would recommend this product because it really did make our trip much easier.
