This is my first time trying anything from this brand Imarais Beauty. I was very excited to be able to try the nourish kind from this brand since I have been suffering from thinning hair. I used to have very thick hair, but as I have gotten older within the past couple of years, my hair has thinned tremendously. I have pretty curly hair And it is prone to breakage. I also get it highlighted during the summer which I know does not help in the strength of my hair. Snow mushroom helps with scalp health,and hydration prevents dryness. It's also PETA certified, Vegan, cruelty free, sugar free, gluten free and non GMO. It says sugar free but it is sweetened with stevia. It has a natural blueberry taste. I didn’t love the taste of it because I don't love the taste of blueberry and I also dislike the taste of stevia. It tastes like fake sugar to me. I haven’t noticed a significant difference in my hair yet. I would say that I am shedding less, but other than that I don't notice any other benefits.
