I’m genuinely confused with a lot of these reviews. I started taking these gummies and I swear I noticed more hair fallout then ever. I will say my face was noticeably more glowy but the hair loss was crazy that I had to stop. I was truly disappointed considering how expensive they are.

I have had eye allergies that completely killed the way that entire section of my face looked. I have Indian skin and the circles were a dark orange. The puffiness was unstoppable. I quit wearing make up over a year ago. Changed the way I washed my face and ended up with a horrible soap meant to help but made everything worse.I've been taking these for about 3 weeks I think and I cannot believe the change in my face. I’d give this a 5*, but some of the gummies were very chewy and some were not. Not a fan of the taste, but it is what it is. Biggest issue I had, I got pregnant on these LOL. These were the ONLY change in my daily/vitamin routine. So ladies, I do believe these helped regulate my periods better, helped with cramps, and ovulation. Didn’t see much difference with hair or nail growth.
