This item was advertised as two chairs when I placed the order. I received one chair and after reaching out to Target customer service I was told there’s nothing that will be done by the third party vendor to correct the mistake and it’s out of Target’s control. Also, the burden is on the customer to package and return the chair. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company due to their lack of accountability and customer service and now doubt Target’s customer service standards as well. I’ve always thought highly of Target and they have provided excellent service in the past, but this experience has left me very disappointed.
