Too hard to add mp3 files. Not a lot of people own them any more. It would be nice to have type application like iTunes style mp3 file library

I am disappointed that I cannot download mp4 recordings. This limitation is the reason for its low rating. Also, the headphones cannot be used wearing a swim cap over the ears; otherwise they will not stay on your head.
My only complaint is that

My only complaint is that the headphone buttons are the same color as the headgear. Difficult to find for people with vision issues. Red buttons would be great!
Not as simple to use as described in ads.

I’ve had my Shocks for a couple of weeks and not been able to figure out how to get music on them. The easy part is moving a file to the Shocks MP3 device. The difficulty is creating the file. Shokz is assuming everyone knows how to do that. Perhaps the younger generation has it figured out but not this senior citizen.

This will change the life of the distance swimmer who spends a lot of time in the water. It makes the time go by. Distance swimming for me was not so much the physical aspect, but the boredom. Open Swim has opened up my ears and mind to a new way to swim!

The website didn’t clearly differentiate the 2 types. These are only good for swimming with 4 mb of storage.

Headphones are usually a burden to me. They cannot stay iny ears; it doesn't matter how small it is. When I discovered Shokz I was so happy first of all it doesn't go into my ears, it is very comfortable, the sound is clear, listen to music on the headphone 🎧 is really awesome and above all it is waterproof. I recommend this product.

Love them! Great conduction for swimming. Still trying to navigate ear plugs with them but that’s not the device’s fault

I have not been able to use the headphones because you failed to include an adapter for my MacPro. USB are becoming more obsolete. You need to include this. Other companies do.

Only had the OpenSwim for a few weeks and only used them a few times but so far they more than meet my needs when swimming laps or running on the trail. I am used to a Nano in terms of the organizing and syncing of the music so the OpenSwim, while relatively easy to transfer music, isn’t so wonderful adding/deleting/updating on the album or playlist level. Overall, I am glad I bought the OpenSwim and I am contemplating getting the OpenRun so I can stream from my cell/IPad/MacBook.

Great product. I do wish that I could adjust the size so that they fit better. They are a bit large, and tend to fall off.

Waterproof headphones never ever occurred to me as possible. All I was looking fir was a good offline mp3 player for work and outdoors. Bone conduction?? That sold it fir ne, having my ears free is very important in a busy workplace so these were a perfect choice. The fact that I can jog to the ocean and jump in while continuing to listen to music is amazing. They also sound much better once your ears are submerged! (Possibly similar to using earplugs with them. I havn't tried because earplugs hurt my ears). I will be recommending these to everyone. Sometimes I just wear them around because I like how they feel! haha
