Bought this recently and was delivered very quickly and well within the 5-14 day delivery estimate. The instructions for this are fantastic and was enjoyable to build over 2.5 days (2 people definitely required to assemble). Unlike some other places, the wood comes pre treated and drilled which just makes it easier for the buyer. Overall it’s a set of real quality. Daughters absolutely love it already and they’ve only had it up for 1 day!

The playground arrived very quickly. There are a WHOLE lot of parts. Particularly hardware! Assembly took an entire day. Pretty straightforward with the instructions. Hardest part is locating the specific hardware for each piece. Being cedar wood, it is very soft and easy to over tighten hardware. I would not expect this to hold up well to larger children. My son, 185 pounds, was concerned with standing on the floor to install the roof. It did give a little under his weight. Overall it is a little smaller than I expected but definitely a very nice playground for my granddaughter to grow into and use. It came with everything pictured and no missing pieces. I would highly recommend this project to anyone.

Bought Swing Set one week before grandchildren arrived, put it together in no time. Love the fact that all pieces are numbered and hardware is included. Instructions are very easy to follow.

My daughter (toddler) loves this set. I love that it allows for different types of play - both physical and creative. This was the only set I found combining a climbing wall, swings, slide, kitchen, clubhouse. Not to mention that it looks beautiful in the backyard.

Took grandpa a few hours a day over 5 days to assemble this by himself. He’s an engineer, so he made sure to follow f no directions to the letter. He said some of them weren’t in an order that made sense, but not a problem! My son loves it! My suggestion for an improvement would be to add floor boards for the bottom of the play fort. My only complaints are that the bottom of the slide and the pretend sink both hold water when it rains. I ended up taking the sink out rather than continuing to clean it. The only other thing I’d improve is the weight limit - there is no issue with any kids so far, but if an adult tries to climb up, it creaks really badly and makes it sound like you’ll crack the wood. Not that I need to be up there regularly, but I do have to go get the cobwebs on occasion.

Purchased for my niece and nephew (ages 5 and 3) as a gift. They have enjoyed countless hours on this play set! They refer to it as “going to the park”, as it provides all the features they enjoy at the park, including swings, a slide, a rock wall,, and so much more! This play set was the perfect size for a smaller backyard. Very pleased with the purchase!

After lots of research I decided to go with Backyard Discovery. The features, cost and option for assembly was huge! The quality of the play set is great, I would strongly recommend paying for assembly.
