Q: Does the wood hold up against regular sprinkler usage and rainfall?

A: We do recommend applying a clear waterproofing sealant though to all the wood as soon as possible before or after assembly and about once a year after that for added protection from the elements and to keep it looking new longer for you! Sealant differs depending on region. I can not recommend one brand over another for sealant. We do recommend it being a semi transparent water based, or oil based sealant. Go to your local home improvement store and they can help you find one that is best suited for the weather conditions in your area.

Q: We live in AZ where temps are between 110 and 118 degrees Fahrenheit in summer. Can the plastic parts handle this extreme heat? Obviously there would be a concern about sliding down the plastic slide

A: Our swing sets are for children 3-10 years old and we recommend a maximum of 150 lbs per single child use. and 120lbs per child on multiple children.

Love it! Perfect size for a smaller backyard. 2 year old loves it and it will be fun for many years to come Im sure. Fairly straight forward assembly and good instruction manual. Feels like good quality materials that will hopefully hold up well even in weather for many years.

We bought this for our three-year old granddaughter who spends a lot of time at our house. We could not be happier with it! She loves to play on it and uses all the features - slide, swings, fort equally. We did buy a swing bar to replace one of the swing seats to give her another option. The quality of the materials is top-notch and it was pretty straight-forward to put it together. It is time consuming, however, and having another set of hands to do the final setup is almost a necessity. Given the time she has already spent on this swing set and how much enjoyment she gets out of it, and how much we enjoy watching her, we have more than gotten our money's worth.

Shipping was fast and easy. Some of the boards cracked while putting it together; as they are pretty thin. Easy directions to follow and took only about 4 hours to put together with the proper tools. Definitely need a hammer and drill in order to put together properly

So many parts between the wooden planks and hardware, but the instructions were straightforward. There’s also an app that helps you figure out the orientation. Some of the planks are really thin so you have to be careful when tightening. Otherwise, really happy with the playground once it’s all set up.

BILT claims this will take 4 hours but expect longer - Especially if you're doing it alone. The instructions were fine but some of the wood is already bowed so aligning the holes may take effort.
