[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I loved this product. It was very pigmented with a creamy consistency. After wrearing for a few hours I noticed it was starting to to bleed and almost smudge around my eye.

Unfortunately, the product I received to review appears to not have had a "full" eyeliner insert, and when I went to use it, the very small center insert of eyeliner pushed down into the tube/pencil and won't come out, so I can't use it.

It definitely delivers on the intensity with pigment and deep black. And it’s very creamy, glides on easily, but maybe too easily. It gets everywhere and smudges easily. The foam tip on the back helps with shaping but I find I have to practically hold my breath when applying this. So close yet so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works okay. The color is great, but the consistency of the liner is a little off. It gets a little chunky, and sometimes when it blends out, it’s a little too thick and gives me raccoon eyes. Might need a smaller blender sponge on the tip.

When I sharpen it, the tip dulls down or breaks immediately. It has already shrunk with just a few uses which is unfortunate. There is also a lot of fall out! It is a great dark color and creamy for a good price but takes a lot of trial and error.

The black is super intense, which I love, and the formula glides on effortlessly without tugging. However, my main issue is that the creamy formula smudges a little too easily. Right after I applied the eyeliner to my lower lash line, it smeared on its own without me even touching it with my fingers. While the Revolution Streamline Waterline Eyeliner Pencil eyeliner comes with a built-in smudger to give people the flexibility of using the eyeliner like a cream eyeshadow or creating a smoky liner look, I don’t think it is necessary because the eyeliner already moves on its own. It makes more sense to have a smudger for an eyeliner that is resistant to budging. I hate having to worry about my eyeliner smearing without realizing it, only to find out later that everyone else saw it first.

I tried it on my waterline and it stayed well. When using on my upper lid, it smudged too easily for my liking. That being said, it’s clearly a better formula and higher quality than others I’ve tried.
