Heats up extremely quick. Cooks perfect without burning because light and window are a great addition. Would be nice if the timer went in minute increments instead of set limits. Also ive been a chef for over 25yr.....the metal pizza peel is nice for removal but not suitable for getting pizza in...wood is ALWAYS better.....otherwise an amaing product!

This is an excellent pizza oven. Not sure what more to say ... other than since I got it my diet has changed to about 40% pizza! Using my Cuisinart Convection Bread Machine's menu 10--pizza dough--and the pizza oven, I am about ready to hang out a pizzeria shingle.

This oven works well and comes with useful accessories - pretty much everything you need except the food. My only gripe is that it could be just a wee bit bigger: when I make calzone, it can sometimes puff up enough to touch the top heating element and get a burn. If not for that: FIVE stars! I am happy with it overall.

We love this pizza oven. It is true that 700 degrees is the difference between a good and bad pizza. The only thing that may have been tempted to remove a star for is that it really really fumes up the house. Probably mostly because the little bit of corn meal we use burns immediately.

If things don"t go well the first time using the indoor pizza oven , cool it down, clean it up and try again. It cleans up easy and pizza came great on the 3rd try. Make sure the pizza slides on the peel before attempting to slide it into the oven.

This is a great Pizza oven for the cost and convenience. It works great, the recipes in the book that comes along with it are good to. It is a big thing to keep on the counter. I love pizza, and this makes it easy to have it quick and often. Crust comes out with a good crisp. and cheese and toppings are melted and hot. Very happy with this gift!

I love it. As an Italian American I was inspired to replicate the pizza I tasted on my visit to Italy. Temperature is just right for Neopolitian pizza. It could duplicate a commercial oven and even burn the crust just the way I like it. Not only do I love it so does all the folks who have eaten my pizza. I was skeptical at first because it was electric but changed my mind after the fist try.
